"We travelled to Dali from Kunming by train. Before arriving, we called the hotel to arrange pickup from the station as we arrived late at 10pm. The hotel was fantastic as they arranged a driver to meet us. We booked the room with the 270 degree view. It was on the 4th and top floor with fantastic view of Erhai Lake. It had an outdoor area bigger than the room!. Although language was a barrier the staff went out of their way to help to make our stay very very pleasant. WeChat and Alipay is a must in Dali. The hotel is located inside a gated area and is very secure. Transport via Didi is easy and the hotel is close to town with train station only 20 minutes away."

"The hotel service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. They helped me with my luggage upon arrival and even brought a complimentary plate of watermelon. The bathroom was spacious, and the shampoo and shower gel came in large bottles. The heating lamp was quite effective, and the exhaust fan was surprisingly quiet. Although the hotel is right on the edge of Dali Ancient City, it was very peaceful. There was a slight smell of cooking fumes around 8 or 9 PM, which is understandable given the location. The hotel's decor is very unique and beautiful."

"Overall, it's a great place! It's located on a slope, and the front desk upgraded us to a full sea-view room overlooking Erhai Lake. There's a restaurant nearby with good food, and for breakfast, you can choose between Chinese and Western options. It takes about 35 minutes to get to Dali Ancient City. The swimming pool would be great in summer, and the kids even did some crafts, led by a very patient teacher!"

Even just zoning out became a pleasure. - Impeccable details: Soft music played from the Marshall speaker, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sinking into a cloud, instantly melting away the fatigue of a day's travel. The large bathtub faced the window, and soaking in a hot bath while watching the clouds drift by made time seem to slow down. The full set of L'Occitane toiletries and the automatic heated smart toilet – every detail showed thoughtful care, making for a reassuring and comfortable stay. 🤍 Service and Experience: A journey enveloped in warmth From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was touched by the attentive service. - The staff proactively helped with luggage and guided me through check-in, even carefully asking about my afternoon tea preferences. There was no need to rush itineraries or worry about trivial matters. I simply fell asleep to the sound of Erhai's waves and woke up to the morning glow of Cangshan Mountain, living each day like a poem amidst the flowing water and moonlight. Whether you're looking for a place to unwind and relax, or to capture stunning photos that will flood your social media, this is the perfect choice for Dali. The next time I visit Dali, I will definitely choose Qinglv again for another gentle rendezvous with Erhai Lake."

"✨ Hands down the most pleasant surprise among all the hotels I've stayed at in Dali! As soon as I landed, I received a message from the hotel for airport pickup. The driver was already waiting at the agreed spot, proactively helped with my luggage, and was attentive throughout, instantly melting away my travel fatigue. The room itself left me speechless! A full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unobstructed view of Erhai Lake, with Cangshan Mountain and the lake scenery all laid out. In the morning, I could watch the clouds drift by from bed, and in the evening, I'd relax on the balcony, simply breathing in the gentle air. The service was top-notch from start to finish. Upon check-in, the staff patiently explained all the facilities. The biggest surprise was that breakfast could be delivered directly to the room! It was incredibly varied, with both Chinese and Western options, beautifully presented, and kept warm. Eating breakfast while gazing at the sea view – this is exactly what a vacation should feel like. Every detail, from airport pickup to check-out, made me feel incredibly comfortable. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Dali!"

"This hotel is so comfortable that I could easily spend hours in the courtyard, just relaxing and putting away my phone. It truly gave me the private time I needed to rest, far from work, electronic devices, and noise. I really cherished and enjoyed every moment. **Facilities**: The amenities are incredibly comprehensive! They have a wine and cigar bar, a regular bar, a pool, a coffee shop, and a gym – everything you could ask for. If I had more time, I'd seriously consider staying here for half a month. The rooms are beautiful too, with many different types to choose from. I picked a small suite with a courtyard and a private hot spring, and waking up to the morning sun streaming in was just pure bliss. It's also not too far from Dali Ancient City. A leisurely stroll over there as the sun sets to experience the bustling atmosphere is also very pleasant. It’s also very photo-friendly! I’ll definitely stay here again next time."

"I've stayed at quite a few guesthouses in Dali, but choosing April·Return was a pleasant surprise. Located along the lakefront, the weather was perfect when I checked in, allowing me to witness an unforgettable sunset over Cangshan Mountain—no exaggeration, the view from the second-floor common area offered a breathtaking panorama of the nineteen peaks of Cangshan, every snapshot a masterpiece! As for the accommodation, as a designer guesthouse, both the common areas and guest rooms feature a lot of open space. The rooms include bathtubs with views of Cangshan and Erhai Lake, which instantly soothed my fatigue and helped me get a good night's sleep. The rooms also include local breakfast and afternoon tea, so you don't need to go out to find a trendy cafe; a good mood is guaranteed! It's a guesthouse I'd definitely stay at again. P.S.: I recommend staying two nights or more for a more complete experience!"

"The room was clean and comfortable, and you could even see Erhai Lake from the gym. The upstairs pool also has transparent glass, so you can enjoy a swim while admiring the lake. There are chairs in the room where you can take in the beautiful views of Erhai Lake. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very plentiful. Highly recommended!"

"Excellent! I highly recommend staying here. The owners are incredibly welcoming and the environment is beautiful. You can even see Cangshan Mountain from upstairs! It's very close to the South Gate and quiet at night, perfect for sleeping. There are balconies on both the first and second floors where you can relax and sunbathe. Plus, there's a swimming pool!"

"Finally made it to Dali this spring and stayed at Yuelianzhuang! They had a shuttle waiting for me, and the one-on-one butler service was fantastic! The rooftop view is absolutely incredible; you get an unobstructed panorama of Erhai Lake! So beautiful! The architecture is also very high-end, with tons of great photo spots. In the afternoon, they even offered a lovely and delicious afternoon tea. It felt wonderful just whiling away the time here! I stayed in the 360-degree sea-view room, and I could literally see Erhai Lake right from my bed! Plus, everything is intelligently controlled, which is super convenient. The breakfast was also very generous, with a wide variety of options! You can try all sorts of Yunnan specialties like rice noodles. You'd regret not staying at Yuelianzhuang if you come to Dali! I'll definitely be back!"
