Hotel building is classic on the outside and modern in the inside, with useful and thoughtful design within our room. Staff are very friendly and you could always find someone 24 hours a day, which was very helpful as we arrived with heavy jetlag and woke up at midnight to borrow umbrellas, enquired about walking around, and to look for food at the strangest hour of the night.

The back street next to Harold is quiet and convenient. It is also very convenient to go to VA and the Natural History Museum. The apartment is cleaned daily. The hotel is a legend and a brand in the industry. The hotel has retained its previous style well. The afternoon tea in the lobby and several bars are very unique. The hotel service is good and the location is excellent.
