"⭐️ Hotel Location The hotel is in a great location — easy to get around by taxi, with plenty of tea leaves shops nearby. West Lake is right across the street, and the ancient city is just a short distance away. ⭐️ Room The room is spacious, and I absolutely loved the traditional Chinese-style interior design. It has a beautiful, old-world charm that fits perfectly with the atmosphere of the ancient city. ⭐️ In-Room Amenities The room comes with lots of thoughtful personal amenities, including chargers for various electronic devices, which was such a convenient touch. ⭐️ Hotel Services What really impressed me was the range of thoughtful services. The hotel offers a laundry service, so you can simply send your clothes for washing instead of having to wait around for them yourself. They also have a daily guided tour of the ancient city, which was actually one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. I was particularly attracted by this unique service. At the lobby, guests can enjoy a selection of traditional wellness teas, and sweet soup is also served in the evening. During the day, there are live guzheng performances, and guests can even try on traditional Chinese costumes. ⭐️ Staff & Service The staff were warm, attentive and incredibly helpful. They were always happy to answer our questions and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable."

"This was my first trip to Chaozhou, and I did a lot of research online before booking the Nanyi Hotel. I can confidently say that staying here is the perfect choice for exploring the ancient city, Paifang Street, Guangji Tower, Guangji Bridge, and Kaiyuan Temple – it's incredibly convenient as you don't need a car at all. You just cross the road and walk a short distance to reach everything. There are also plenty of great food options nearby. The hotel itself is quiet and comfortable, and the rooms are very clean. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. There's even a complimentary self-service tea station in the lobby. My stay was comfortable and relaxing, and the hotel has a distinct Chaozhou charm. I'd definitely recommend it to friends. 👍"
