This hotel is very clean and neat, situated just in front of chao zhou anicent city which is the key tourist attraction of ghe area. Staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet selection is excellent. Highly recommend this hotel and i will be staying there again next time i visit!

After reading so many positive reviews, I decided to bring my parents here, and the hotel did not disappoint! We booked the family suite, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
The package included delicious breakfast with a good variety of options, as well as unlimited snacks/ dessert of the day, throughout our stay—a really nice touch!
What made our experience even better was their new service: a free 3-hour local tour of nearby attractions. Our guide, 小许 (Xiao Xu), was amazing—patient, knowledgeable, and full of interesting stories about the sights.
If you’re visiting 潮州for the first time and want a relaxing place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel!

The new hotel has first-class facilities and the room decoration style is also very suitable for young people, especially for girlfriends traveling. The pink room is very stylish, and the tea sets and kettles are very unique, delicate and beautiful. The laundry room is very convenient to use. But I need to make some small suggestions. I saw other guests comment that the front desk staff of the hotel took the initiative to give breakfast when checking in, or gave small gifts when checking out. I bought my breakfast at my own expense and there was no discount. I booked two rooms for two consecutive nights, but there were no small gifts, which was a bit disappointing. In addition, there was a road repair in front of the hotel, which would be a little noisy~

I had an incredible stay at Caiku Hotel, from the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smile and exceptional hospitality, check in process was smooth.
To my surprise and delight, I was upgraded to the best room in the hotel! The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The comfort and luxury made my stay truly unforgettable.
Beyond the amazing room, the hotel itself was well-maintained, with great facilities and a perfect location. But what really stood out was the personal touch in the service. SanSan went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience, and I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism.

The king-size bed room I booked this time really exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and it was super relaxing to lie on it. What impressed me most was the massage chair in the room. After a day of running, I lay down on it for a massage, and the pain was immediately relieved and I recovered directly! There are so many delicious foods around, and authentic snack shops are within walking distance, so it is convenient to eat whatever you want. The attractions are not far away, and you can quickly take a taxi to the popular check-in spots. It is very cost-effective and I will choose here next time!

This is an economic hotel that impressed me deeply. It is located in a quiet corner of the city, with a quiet and comfortable surrounding environment. It is close to some snack streets and convenience stores, and life is very convenient. The decoration of the hotel is simple and stylish, and the lobby is very warm. The room is clean and tidy, the sheets and quilts are as white as snow, and there are no stains in the bathroom. The bed has moderate hardness and is very comfortable to sleep. Although the hotel's facilities are not particularly luxurious, they are very practical. Air conditioners, water heaters, hair dryers, etc. are all available and can be used normally. The front desk Xiaoyu service staff is friendly and always smiles, which makes people feel very warm. I stayed here for a few days and had a good time every day. I will give priority to this hotel when traveling in the future.

Chaozhou Jinxin Hotel has a great location - the bus stop is across the road, and it is very convenient to Chaoshan High-speed Railway Station. There are many Chaoshan food stores and the midnight snacks within walking distance. The hotel lobby is very bright, the public areas and guest rooms are very clean, and the environment is warm and welcoming - the facilities are complete - there is a direct drinking water flower tea device at the entrance of the lobby, and you can ask the waiter to deliver it if you need Kung Fu tea sets. The front desk handles the check-in and check-out procedures very quickly. They even provide laundry service which is so essential as you can enjoy the sightseeing/travel and the clothes? Washed, dried and packed for you! Definitely recommended for staying if you are looking for an affordable yet beautiful hotel.

Breakfast was decent but not spectacular. The only thing is the toilet compartment, it's very small, I am only 1.64 m. and it's tight for me. It's the design of the hotel no fault of all the friendly staff. Location very good if railway station and airport is important to you. If not, quite a distance from attractions. So my advice choose wisely.

LLi LeiWe were tossing between selecting Fortune Hotel and another one closer to the centre of city . We were glad that we made the right choice in Fortune hotel for our two days holidays in ChaoZhou .
The hotel was very modern and new . The place was spotless clean and lobby reception was staffed by two very courteous young ladies . Our check in was swift and we were upgraded to a room on the sixth floor.
The bedroom was spacious and clean . There were coffee and Chinese tea making facilities. In the mini fridge, we were told the three cans of soft drinks were complimentary. The toilet was very hi tech stuff with automated water splashes and the seat was heated . Now you do not find these kind of toilet facilities in China .
Breakfast has a great variety and selection of food , ranging from soup noodle with meat balls , fried vermicelli , vegetables, fried shrimps, fried chicken nuggets , century egg lean pork porridge , fresh fruits etc. With this selection of foods for breakfast, you would not be in an hurry to have lunch .
The hotel is a bit away from the pedestrian mall in PaiFang Jie , ChaoZhou old town , about 15 minutes drive costing 11 RMB . But the cleanliness of the room and large variety of food for buffet breakfast compensate for the slight inconvenience of location.
If you are coming in to ChaoShan HSR station , please take the public bus with number K2 for 9 RMB and the trip would take you to the entrance ( South Gate) of PaiFang Jie instead of paying 58 RMB for a DiDi ride . After you have walked the pedestrian mall and seen the GuangJi bridge , then you take a private car ride to the Fortune hotel for 11 RMB .
We would not hesitate to recommend to Trip members to stay at Fortune hotel and the decision is based on its spacious room cleanliness, delicious breakfast and friendly courteous lobby staff .

FfafafoofooDuring my recent stay at the Homeinn Plus Chauzhou Hotel, I encountered a rather mixed experience that I feel compelled to share. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by an unpleasant odor that lingered in the air, making it difficult to relax. The smell seemed to be a combination of stale air and something musty, which certainly put a damper on my first impression of the hotel.
Despite the initial setback, I found the hotel staff to be exceptionally helpful and accommodating. After expressing my concerns at the front desk, the receptionist was quick to apologize and offered to reallocate me to a different room. I appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to rectify the situation, which significantly improved my experience.
The new room was a breath of fresh air—literally. It was clean, well-maintained, and free of any unpleasant odors. I was grateful for the staff's prompt action, which allowed me to enjoy the rest of my stay without any lingering discomfort. The amenities in the new room were satisfactory, with comfortable bedding and a nice view of the surrounding area.
While my initial room left much to be desired, the positive attitude and efficiency of the hotel staff made a significant difference. Their commitment to customer satisfaction transformed a potentially negative experience into a more pleasant one. In conclusion, while I cannot overlook the issue of the stinky room, the helpfulness of the staff in reallocating me to a better accommodation certainly deserves recognition. I would consider returning to the Sunshine Hotel in the future, but I hope they can address the odor issue in their rooms to enhance guest satisfaction overall.

SSinoRichWe visited the Crowne Plaza in Chaozhou for a Wedding event. Check-in was SUPER FAST and by friendly staff that introduced themselves. Smiles and clear instructions given in English. The event was held on the 3rd floor and the food preparation was excellent.
The room (34th floor) was very clean, smelled nice, and had a nice view over the local area. The windows had automatic shades which worked nicely. The bathroom was very clean. Although the door is a little ”non private” it worked well and the shower and toilet area was very clean. The hairdryer cord was a little short to reach from the recepticle to the mirror, but we made do. I would suggest in the future as they change room dryers, they should evaluate the cord length to ensure it reaches the main bathroom mirror.
We enjoyed the tasty western buffet breakfast. Good selection of meats and all sorts of bakery treats. The french toast and waffles were our favorite. The sausages were yummy too.
All in all we had a very nice, but brief stay. Hope we can stay for much longer next time.

There are many delicious foods around it, and it is also close to the scenic spot. Friends who like to eat raw pickles have a Fengchu raw pickle nearby. The taste is good. The boss and the boss's wife have a good service attitude, the raw pickles are large in quantity, and the price is affordable.

NNicholas MarkQuite difficult to rate the Xiju actually. We stayed 3 nights, and on the negative side, the first night we were allocated a third floor room which was truly awful, to the extent that we considered canceling our booking for the remaining two nights. Also, in terms of value for money, it was dreadful, and the next morning breakfast was very limited. However, after the first night, the hotel tried it's best to provided an alternative, and at reception, Xiaolin. and Xiaomai were incredible helpful in upgrading us to a much more comfortable room on the ninth floor. We were visiting Chaozhou during the. May national holiday, and room rates were sky-high, three times higher than outside of national holidays. Xiju is a reasonable standard budget hotel and outside of national holidays, provides a good standard at value for money prices. Located on the embarkment of the Hanjiang River, and not far from Guangji Bridge, the location is also quite convenient for many of Chaozhou's major attractions

There is a self-service water bar on the first floor, which has coffee, tea, lemonade, and ice cubes. Not much variety for breakfast. However, there are various freshly made rice rolls, noodles, rice noodles, etc., and the quality is good. Overall, the price-performance ratio is high and it is worth recommending

DDavidThe location right next to the main street of the city with a little park for our room was fantastic. We had a family room with a double bed and two large bunk beds. The bunk beds were a bit hard for the west. The room had a nice balcony with view on the backyard, right next to the buddhist temple.
