"Great and beautiful hotel. The one thing that I wasn’t satisfied with were the lack of amenities. The description on the page mentions most of the basic items like toothbrush/toothpaste but neither of them were for free at the hotel. Same goes for the lack of free hotel slippers that I basically expect from most hotels. Other than that nothing really to add. Would go again but with more preparation."

"The single rooms are small and the double rooms are ok. The equipment is simple and the price is cheap. The hotel in the town is very quiet. Bring your own restaurant, breakfast is not expensive, the boss is very enthusiastic, so overall it is okay"

The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful, which added to the positive atmosphere during my stay. Additionally, the facilities met our needs effectively, making our time there comfortable. However, I must mention that the breakfast hygiene could use some improvement. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the value of the hotel and make it even more appealing to guests. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and service, with the hope that they can enhance the breakfast experience in the future."

"There are way better hotels around the airport. We were a family of 3 traveling, and so we booked a room for 3. When we arrived in the room, the sofa bed was out, but there were no sheets in it. We called reception to get sheets. A lady came and made the bed. But only when she had left we realized she hadn't put a cover in the bed. We called again and somehow came with a cover. When it was time to have a shower, there were only 2 towels (and by the way, no small towels at all). For a third time, we had to call, and this time, ask them for a towel. The bathroom was pretty old and rundown. There was a big carack on the floor, painting coming off in the shower and mold stains. Apart from that, the room and bathroom were spacious. The next day, we left in the morning and came back at 5 pm. The room had still not been cleaned, so we called reception to get it done. Straight after that, we left. When we came back later, someone had been there to clean. There were clean towels, but they had also left the dirty ones. What's more, they hadn't cleaned the bathroom floor. Dogs are welcome, so that's a big plus. And there's a beautiful grassy area with a pond, just beside the hotel. Perfect for walking them. Parking is available but it's rather expensive. We wanted to do a late check-out in the afternoon, as we had two dogs and a boy with us. It would have been much easier for them to stay in the hotel while we were doing our business in Amsterdam until 4 pm. So we called around midnight and asked reception if it would be possible to check out at that time, at an extra cost. She said it depends if the hotel is fully booked, in which case we can't and that we have to call back at 7.30am. So at 7.30, we called and were told that they are fully booked so impossible to get a late check-out. Which means that between midnight and 7.30 in the morning, they got fully booked... I suppose it's possible, but it felt more like they were not willing to help. The boy and the dogs spent their day waiting for us in a café. I wouldn't go back to this hotel as we had a bad experience. We expected better from Radisson."

"A nice hotel if you are looking to stay near to Airport. Room was just nice for us, but not recommended for those having large luggages. Small size bath towel provided without any amenities. Reception does not keep your luggages before/after check in time. But, they have lockers to store your things. 4€ for small locker, 6€ for big lockers."

"Great stay – pet-friendly and relaxing! I had a wonderful time at NH Amsterdam Schiphol. The shuttle service from the airport was easy and efficient. I loved that I could bring my cat — very pet-friendly! The room was clean, staff were friendly, and I really enjoyed the pool and sauna. I’ll definitely return with my family!"

"The hotel has a very dated, old European style. Service was slow, and the staff were unfriendly. The location is a definite plus, though, with convenient airport bus service available. It's acceptable for a quick business trip, but seriously, don't expect any service – it's practically non-existent. They were also very strict about the 11 AM check-out, with absolutely no flexibility."

"Check in was very prompt and parking available at the hotel for 15 euro a night. There is a bus stop out front (397) that takes you downtown for around 6 euro one way. Room was large and clean. Breakfast also available for 15 euro per person if not included in your rate."

The reciption staff were polite and kind to check me in early. Hotel room was clean and well equipped، Only the construction inside and next to the hotel made the view a little unpleasant."
