Welcome to our "Cozy Country Retreat."Our brand new home was just completed in November 2022. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near Dayton. Perfect for short getaways to enjoy hiking, fishing, hunting, etc. in the beautiful Tennessee mountains as well as mid-term stays. Conveniently located near Bryan College, Dayton Boat Dock, Watts Bar Lake, Laurel Snow Trails, short drive to Lake Chicamauga, and less than an hour from Chattanooga. Our house also has a two car garage perfect to park a boat. We also have a parking lot at the end of our street to park extra vehicles. Enjoy access to our full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, crackpot, dishwasher, and Keurig duo coffee maker as well as dishes and utensils. Washer and dryer included. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Smart TV's in each bedroom and living room (BYO password). Welcome to our lake house! This house is located directly in the Cove of Lake Chickamauga in Dayton, TN. It is located less than 1.5 miles from local Fraiser Park public boat launch & Blue water RV Resorts. You're able to hear live bands in the summer while enjoying sitting on the private deck of Main home. This property has a total of 4 individual units. This unit is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with a main party deck and a private balcony deck off master bedroom. There is a fire pit to enjoy those summer nights with friends and family. This house can currently sleep up to 10 people. This unit has been undergoing extensive renovations, and the Sun room is currently not accessible due to renovation, but soon, we will have a game room with an additional sleeping area. The exterior of the home still has some renovations being completed, but not while you're on your vacation! Come and enjoy a little slice of heaven. The home comes with the following supplies to help prepare almost any meal: Pots, Pans, Toaster, Rice Cooker, Crock Pot, Air Fryer, and Microwave. The space offers a 5 person bar top and a 4 person table so everyone can be together while preparing those unforgettable memories. The windows can open as the temperature cools to enjoy the breeze. ⚓️LAKE FUN⚓️There is a private dock with tie-ins for your own boat. We also have two - 1 person Kayaks, large paddle board, two person kayak, inflatable paddle board, and large lilly pad to enjoy and play in the water. We have plenty of life jackets for all ages. The water at the edge of the dock is 4-5' depth which makes it great for boating or swimming. Don't forget your fishing poles, as there are many great fishing spots around the corner. 🔥OUTDOOR NIGHTS🔥There are two (2) firepits, one by the water to enjoy the nights and also one by the house to stay close while you grill and spend time with the family. One Master is an open access shower. The shared bathroom has a jet tub/shower that is meant for assisted support while bathing. This should help accomdate all family members to come enjoy the lake. ⚠️WATER SEASONAILITY⚠️This lake is controlled by TVA meaning that the water level changes during the winter months. The "off-season" is controlled by TVA and can vary from year to year.
