"The hotel is nice, a little better than expected. The hotel has an outdoor hot spring pool, a gym, a laundry room, and the outdoor swimming pool is not open this season. The breakfast is also good. When booking, it shows double breakfast, plus two teenage children, four people can have free breakfast. It is a normal Western breakfast, which is quite rich. The hotel service is also very good. Although I didn't see many service staff, the front desk was very enthusiastic and diligent from the moment I entered the door, and the check-in was simple and fast."

"We stayed in a standard twin room. The hotel facilities in the room were not well maintained, the bathroom was very small, and the refrigerator looked dirty. The most attractive thing about the hotel was the swimming pool, and the children had a lot of fun."

"The day before your stay, they email you the room code, but I didn't notice it. I arrived at 11:30 PM that night, and there was no staff at all. Luckily, I had left my phone number, so I was able to get the code and enter my room. It was a real false alarm. Our five-person room was on two floors, with no elevator and stairs. It came with a full kitchen, living room, and dining table. It was new, clean, and even had laundry facilities, making it a perfect place for travelers. We could buy food from the supermarket and cook it ourselves, saving a lot on food. We left the next day without checking out. It's truly a country of honesty and trust. I loved it! It was a truly wonderful stay!"

"The hotel gave us a big surprise. We booked a three-bedroom suite, with a master bedroom with a bathroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen was fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric stove, and the kitchenware was also very thoughtful, with a variety of pots, knives, bowls, plates, and cups. The coffee was also very delicious. There was a beautiful river at the door of the room. We arrived at the hotel after 4 pm, and my friends sat in the chairs at the door and relaxed. This hotel is highly recommended by friends for travel."

"The waiter was very good, one light in my room was broken, and we were dealt with it quickly. The furniture is a bit old but clean, the king bed room, the bed is really big and comfortable, the location is close to the city center."

"The location is beautiful and peaceful. Unfortunately far from the main town which is not practical for those like me who don't own a car. There is taxi service for about $30 to get to town, which is actually less than other vacation spots in BC, and the area itself of the hotel is a good getaway from anything loud. I enjoyed my time here. Nice pool, hot tub and sauna. Breakfast is included which is practical but the resto is closed in evenings due to Covid. You can order food if needed. "

小小样儿妞妞This is a place where we rest on the way from Vancouver to Banff. Grizzly Town is a small town with few people. This hotel is the best hotel in the town. It is a 3-minute walk from the supermarket and the room facilities are clean. Hygiene, the only dissatisfaction is that the treadmill in the gym is leaking! Leakage! Leakage! ! ! !

GGuest UserThe first impression isn't very good. The building looks very run-down. It seems like renovations have begun.
The entrance area/reception aren't very inviting.
The room and bathroom have been renovated and are fine.
The room has a refrigerator that's very loud. We had to turn it off.
It's also strange that the old, broken smoke detector is still hanging from the ceiling without a cover.
If you like it dark at night, you'll need a blindfold.
We didn't have the included breakfast because we didn't like the room. We also hadn't read any positive reviews about the breakfast.
The hotel is fine for one night.
The location is great, as it's very close to restaurants.

杨杨Chinese service, breakfast is very good, feel at home. There is parking, free of charge. 10 knives for an extra bed. There is boiling water, coffee and tea in the restaurant. It is open until 22:00 outside the meal. If you need extra time, you can call the boss, free of charge. Microwave in the room

GGuest UserThere was no elevator, but only 2 short sets of stairs. Was not a problem. Room was good, although don’t understand why there aren’t rooms available at solo travellers prices. No safe.Hot tub had sand in the bottom . No towels one time. Pool area clean though. Breakfast was good, ran out of a few items and had to ask for them. Good selection of tea, although no Red Rose. Coffee was awesome. Wondering if a smoking tower could be out by picnic tables. Such a nice spot to sit. Instead of smoking out front at the entrance.

YYONGQIUThe shop is opened by the Chinese people. The two front-end mushrooms are warm and courteous, the room is not big, but the two oversized beds, the facilities inside are newly changed, no matter whether the heater and the bathroom are warm (the general car hotel bathroom is not heating) are suitable for 咱Living habits, clean and healthy. To pass the motel standard, is the highest, not one.
