"I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton. The location is convenient and it’s easy to get around. The room was great and the breakfast was amazing, western and Chinese food. They also have dinner a really good dinner buffet too. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Special Thanks to Joey, the receptionist. He spoke English really well and he was really friendly and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to have great time in Beidaihe."

"The room exceeded expectations, very clean, comfortable bedding, and a lot of vegetation around.  You can barbecue in the yard, and the hotel provides charcoal fire. There are also a lot of activities for children, and children will not be bored. Service: All the service staff are very warm and thoughtful, especially the front desk department Du Yu is responsive, handling things very quickly and professionally, and giving children gifts before leaving. We went to the wooden house booked on the first day of Beidaihe, and went to other places the next day. As a result, the children asked to continue to live here on the third day."

"I have had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I had a large, well-furnished, elegant room. I tried to upload a photo but was not successful despite it having less than 1 MB. The hotel staff was helpful with the bus route to the Old Dragon Head, a must-see if you are in Shanhaiguan. Additionally, they were friendly, offering me fresh fruits. I will return to this hotel if my future travel does take me to Shanhaiguan."

"It was such an unique experience to stay in a hotel inside the ancient city wall, it felt like travelled back to China in the olden days. As it was off-peak season when we visited 山海关，we were upgraded to a family room, which mean there is a separate bedroom with a single bed, on top of a master room with a double bed. As it was rather cold and we were tired from all the walking, we decided to make life easy by eating at the restaurant within the hotel. We didn't expect much though. But..., we were much much more than surprise the dishes were Ace standard, be it in presentation or taste! A big big thumb up! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. All in all, we really enjoyed the service extended to us! It is no doubt hotel staff in China places their guests at top priority, making them feel at home at all times. P.S the teapot was not filled with tea but a yummilicious 松茸汤。"
