We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Pu’er. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. They even made laundry for us free. I booked nine hotels for this trip, and this one had the worst experience. **Facilities** The hotel decor wasn't new, but it was acceptable.
