the room is a little bit small, and the amenities is not very modern looking. However, the staff still present great enthusiasm while helping unloading the luggage, it’s very nice of them to do it.

Size of room is large and clean, but location is a bit far from everything. more suited for business travelller

The hotel is in good location. The employees were kind. But they don't have any flexible way of treating their guests taking night flights.

It is located close to Korean town and very convinient to transfer to other place and All staffs are very kind.

This was our first time booking this hotel. Staff + service was impeccable and our needs was attended promptly. The hotel breakfast was sub-par, room is comfortable and spacious. Overall, we had a great experience and we would love to be back again soon!

First trip to hanoi! Overall stay was pleasant except for 2 things 1. the housekeeping person did not perform cleaning and check where I was almost charged for missing teaspoon in the room. It was rather unpleasant after all on my last day of check out. 2. My first breakfast was horrifying as there were a lot fruit flies sticking by the bread jams and fruits. Lastly took condition was good and view was pleasant
