There’s a saying that you get what you pay for, and at $125 AUD a night, the Richmond Henty Hotel reflects the low cost in disappointing ways. The air conditioning in our room (Room 8) did not work, which is a significant issue when staying in Australia’s climate.
When I informed the receptionist during checkout, her lack of concern was striking. She seemed uninterested and entirely unfazed when I mentioned leaving a poor review, which gave the impression that this was a common occurrence.
The swimming pool was basic but lovely, though it was not heated. The location is convenient, and the price is low, but the failure to maintain basic amenities makes it hard to recommend. If you want certainty of quality, this isn’t the place to stay.

The location is very good! The facilities are old, but they are styled and the rooms are small. There is no service in the service, parking in front of the door, luggage needs to mention the room, the key is no elevator Health, the carpet is a bit dirty

The room is excellent, with a 1.8-meter large bed and a small bed, suitable for our family of three. The environment in Australia is better. The bathroom window is not closed and a lot of things fly in. Just close it. Overall a hotel I like very much

A top little motel, clean, tidy, very comfy bed, great shower, great facilities like a microwave/crockery and great staff. Good rates as well. Would highly recommend and stay again. Well done to the owners.

Очень приличный мотель рядом с дорогой. Номер на 2-м этаже современный, с ремонтом, чистый, есть все для приготовления пищи, кроме кофемашины. 2 санузла, один большой со стиральной и сушильной машиной, все работает. Есть кондиционер на тепло и холод, обогреватель в гостиной, симпатичный балкон, правда выходит прямо на дорогу. Спальня выходит окнами во двор и шум от дороги не мешает. Зато ночью мешал звук телевизора от соседей. В целом все очень понравилось, с учётом небольшой цены. Хозяин на связи по воцап. Недалеко есть большой супермаркет.

ZZIRUIThe hotel is very special, and the keys are quite tricky. There is no front desk at night. Call the key box to tell the password, which is a small suite. Cooking and watching TV is also a day of fatigue
