A welcome letter will be sent the night before or day of arrival. The neighborhood has low a low volume of traffic but do not suggest letting kids play anywhere but the back yard because this is not a cul de sac. There will be a tenant most likely downstairs so please keep it down to a minimum after 10:30pm on week nights and 11:30pm on weekends. Also, the thermostat is locked due to abuse so please let me know if you’d like an adjustment and I’m happy to accommodate if it’s reasonable :) - NO SHOES IN HOUSE - Quiet hours are 10:30pm on weeknights and 11:30pm on weekends. - Thermostat is locked at 68 degrees but can possibly be adjusted upon request - Early check-in and late check-out must be paid for at the time they are approved. No refunds. - All issues should be reported within 3 hours after check-in. With photographic evidence. - All issues that are not reported will not be eligible for a partial or full refund. - Communication is very important to us. We would greatly appreciate it if any issues could be communicated directly to us, rather than being left in a review. - Absolutely no unwarranted parties allowed. External cameras will be monitored, and any sign of a party will result in eviction. - Extra guest charge $30/pp/PER NIGHT, regardless of whether they stay or not. - ⁠We have a NO VISITOR POLICY. No extra guests allowed inside the unit unless approved by the host before booking confirmation. If you try to bring unwarranted guests in, you may be forced to leave without refund. The second noise complaint received after quiet hour is a $500 fine.
