We booked a room on the third floor because it had a double bed, but the elevator was broken and the hotel refused to take responsibility. We had to make a new reservation and cancel our original order to get a room on the second floor, even though there was a room available on the second floor. However, we had to pay extra, even though it wasn't the customer's fault.

The service is terrible. They speak as if they haven't been trained in service etiquette. This kind of hotel shouldn't be open. You've already made a reservation and paid, but you're talking to customers like a dog and won't let them stay. I don't know if you're the owner or the staff, but you should have some manners in speaking and show some respect to the guests. Ask why there aren't many guests staying here. If you can improve, please improve. If you can't improve, I hope you prosper soon.

The accommodation is clean and the staff are attentive. It's in the middle of the city, close to tourist attractions, and has convenient parking.
