We were assigned our room, only to find it was already occupied. I informed the front desk, and they insisted that couldn't be possible! So I had to tell them to go up and verify it themselves. We received no apology whatsoever.

Excellent room with great views, fantastic service, and wonderful modern amenities.

The room was very nice, the breakfast was plentiful and quite good, parking was free, and the hotel staff was very friendly. We will return to this hotel.

Nice room and bathroom. You need a car to get to the city center.

The first day I asked for help with the TV remote because I couldn't turn up the volume, and a man at reception told me he couldn't help me because I had a volume limit, so I couldn't turn up the TV. The next day I went down to reception with the remote, and a very friendly lady explained how to use it because the remote was blocked. Anyway, the first person ignored me. The second night, the air conditioning wasn't cooling. The first night, it was. I don't plan on going back.

We loved it. It's close to a ton of restaurants and the train station. The staff is very friendly. There's both street and indoor parking. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Alcalá de Henares.

Guan and hygiene do not want to give a penny, living very uncomfortably, because I have never changed the sheets and mattress covers in a week, as for why I know she has not changed, because my boyfriend has a bad nose and often has a nosebleed, there are blood scabs on the bed from the first day to a week, every time we go out and come back, there are still on the bed. I thought there was a charge for changing the sheets, and I never asked about it, and my Spanish is not good, until today I am allergic I didn't know until I asked that there was no charge for changing the sheets and mattress covers.

Only the last room was left. The note in English said "do not want the last room", as if I didn't see it and it said it was full. It was noisy and cold without air conditioning. I woke up from the cold. This was my first choice in Madrid. Fortunately, I found it successfully.

The room is relatively simple, similar to the level of domestic Home Inn, and the breakfast is OK

Very nice and comfortable room

Free parking although with few spaces, but there is usually space to park in the area. If you don't have breakfast included you can have breakfast in the cafeteria until 12. In the La Garena area there are several bars and restaurants. The staff was very nice and the hotel was quite good.

Not bad, nothing memorable.

Charming, all the staff are wonderful. Clean and pleasant.
