Halepuna Waikiki by Halekulani Reviews

Our family’s second time at Halepuna. Location is great, steps from Waikiki and easy access to everywhere. Has a great infinity pool and hot tub on the 8th floor but not overcrowded like some other hotels. Will stay again next time.

Their facilities are wonderful! Also, Halepuna guests have access to the restaurants in Halekulani hotel!!

The best bakery in Hawaii is on the first floor so I could go buy some bread every morning. They also gave me a cute bottle to fill with water.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in Hawaii. Because the international flight arrived relatively early, I checked in at the front desk at about 11 o'clock. I met an extremely mean and racist Asian female front desk. She rolled her eyes and told us that we could only check in at least 3 pm (it doesn't take that long in all four seasons), and her attitude was extremely disdainful. Because I took an eight or nine-hour flight, I really wanted to use the spa to take a shower, but the front desk said there was no locker room available. When I went upstairs, it looked like a public toilet, worse than a university dormitory room, and it was very dirty and disgusting. I gave up and waited until we fell asleep in the hotel lobby, and they didn't notify us that the room was ready. At 2:55 pm, I went to ask if the room was ready. The Asian female front desk rolled her eyes and said, "Sorry, there are still 5 minutes before 3 o'clock." I was very angry and was about to complain, but she said she would check it out, and then came out with the key. I don't believe it was not intentional. The room facilities are extremely simple. The overall hygiene is very dirty (there was oil on the floor of the elevator once), and the large reclining sofa is also dirty and disgusting. In short, I will never come again. Just for reference. It was a very beautiful hotel, and there was a pool so I could relax! I was glad that the toilet had a washlet! I want to go again!

Living here doesn't feel like a vacation. The room is not special, ordinary, and small. Bringing two suitcases to live here almost takes up the space. It is not recommended. The advantages are cleanliness and quiet environment, but the room is too small, and the small refrigerator is very noisy when it is running. The view of Waikiki is the view of the parking building opposite. Self parking and valet parking have the same price, and the parking building is very large. If you drive here, you have to go through a lot of traffic lights before getting on the highway.

The first hotel I stayed in when I came to Hawaii. The hotel is very new and the environment is also very good. The service is also good👍. It is closest to the beach. There is ABC downstairs and many restaurants. I regretted only booking for two nights😂

I stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days. The staff were very kind. The room was very clean and was cleaned carefully. Amenities were provided, and some of them can be delivered to your room if you ask the staff. Slippers were also provided. The bread from the bakery next door was large, crispy and very delicious, and there was a line every morning. If you stay at the hotel, I definitely recommend going for breakfast.

I always use this hotel when I go to Hawaii. The location, service, and pool are all great! This time I didn't order breakfast due to time constraints, but if I had ordered it last time, I would have chosen something from the menu, and I ordered something different every day, and everything was delicious. The room is very clean. The hotel is in a very central location. There is a beach right outside the door. There is free parking and the swimming pool is also very clean. Overall, it is recommended.

It's a new hotel with clean facilities. There are many staff members who can speak Japanese. The elevators are not crowded and come quickly. I would like to stay here again.
