We specifically booked a twin room, but were given a king-size bed room. After communicating with the front desk, they told us to open the room by ourselves, but it was not possible. Finally, we changed to a twin room, which was larger than the king-size bed room. The facilities were quite new and the beds were comfortable.

Everything was ok Only one important thing my reservation was room with sea view and I asked through my reservation I wanted my room at a high floor with nice view on the sea But the hotel gave me the room at 4th floor with smallest sea view , I’m upset from this thing because I feel this un respectable to my request through you Also I mention they put some sweet in our room as a good hospitality

We had a pleasant stay at piano hotel but some service issues made our stay unpleasant. The room was clean and neat. It is a bit small for two people but big enough for 1 night. The hotel has free parking for hotel guests but we were called twice in the morning to move the car (the first time we were still sleeping as we had arrived late and we were tired). Breakfast was good with enough options. You can only order other drinks such as cappuccino after 12 am. According to trip.com checkout is between 12:00 and 12:30. We felt rushed to check out at 12:10 as the man at the front desk didn’t confirm checkout time. So it is 12 and not 12:30. There was also another very rude guest rushing us to move our car, again! Overall it’s value for money but not a relaxing hotel with good service bust miscommunication.

Though the room was on the small side,we had enough space for our luggage. The location was excellent for the tram into downtown and to the train for Efesus and Denzili. We loved the restaurant, bar, and seaside areas a 10 min walk from the hotel.

It is very nice to have the thermal and swimming pool in the same hotel. The card does not work at the first entrance (10th floor). It was interesting that the card was not activated against any intervention at the parking lot entrance. Not to mention the fan in the bathroom not working. The pool and thermal areas were very nice.

There is a beautiful sea view outside the balcony of the room, which is very beautiful. Although there are not many prosperous areas within walking distance, it is a good choice for families who drive by themselves. Behind the hotel is a gas station and a small supermarket with its own gas station within walking distance. The staff are friendly and polite. It’s worth staying here.

Availability of cafes, restaurants, in the shopping center, possibility of breakfast, lunch, dinner 24/7. Very polite staff (I want to stress that all the service of the hotel is kept on staff, but not on management!) From unpleasant and why I do not recommend: The hotel is updated, but the technical service is very weak, the operation service is actually missing. Entered in the room, the room related to the door with the other, updated, generally well cleanly cleaned, but the chair in the room is very old and erased, there is no cover on the TV control, the sub-size small does not cover the entire blanket, The railroads were bound as it came, a small mirror in the bathroom without bolts, we had dirty towels in the room and separately lay clean towels. Of the bathing facilities, 5 bottles of shower gel, shampoo and one body locker. There was a tea set, and every day water in bottles (it is from pluses). About breakfast: quite, you can find everything necessary, the only, the chan with the soup is very hot - adjust the temperature, the guests are burned when the lid opens.

We were in the apartment about a week ago, we received a family room /Wohnung with own garden (hour). All was very clean and the holders of the apartments were very lovely and premature, the own cats welcomed us at the window in the morning. At foot you reach the centre after about 20 minutes, the location of the accommodation is located in the middle of a residential area which is not everyone's business. We liked it and was completely enough!
