"The hotel is quite new, and the bed is very comfortable. It offers excellent value for money. The room was clean, and the staff were very good and welcoming. Breakfast was also good, served on the -1 floor. The sauna is on the -2 floor. If you need parking, please park your car at the hotel entrance and go to the front desk; someone will help you park. When you need your car, please inform the front desk. The sauna isn't always open, so if you want to use it, please notify the front desk in advance so they can prepare it for you. It's a short drive to the beach from here, and there are restaurants nearby."

"This hotel is great, and here's why: 1. **Quiet location**: After a long day of sightseeing, we were exhausted, but the hotel's location was incredibly quiet, allowing us to get a really good rest. 2. **Cleanliness and amenities**: The environment and hygiene were excellent. There's an elevator, but do note: it's a bit small. Two adults with two large suitcases might not fit. 3. **Bed size**: The bed was a bit small – I'm talking about the width. While we could manage, it definitely felt narrow. 4. **Breakfast and service**: Breakfast was decent; it filled us up. However, the staff's attitude could use some improvement. 5. **Good value**: Plus, the price was quite reasonable. Overall, I'd recommend it."

"This is not Sheraton! It's Sheraton SELECT! The accomodation is super limited and there's NO POOL! This place smells quite bad like canal water and the locals know it. Better don't open the balcony. This hotel was super strict and they tried their best but it had no facilities and it was really not a good stay. Just barely enough for business travelers. There is a loud construction outside!! I can't recommend this place. It's 2 Stars at best."

"Excellent hotel right in the heart of Izmir. A significant feature of this hotel is its private grounds, which is quite rare for a city hotel. The rooms are large and spacious, with all amenities, and even include a bathtub in addition to the shower cabin. Breakfasts are delicious and varied, and there's also a large, warm swimming pool. On the downside, prices at the hotel's bars and restaurants are quite high (even for a 5-star category), and they charge a €100 per day deposit upon check-in (something to be aware of). If you pay the deposit in cash, the unused portion is returned. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel; everything is excellent and high-quality."
