The hotel has a stylish and exquisite design and a great location, within walking distance of the seaside avenue and the main shopping area. **The service is particularly commendable**-the staff is warm and thoughtful, and the valet parking service solves the trouble of parking in the city. Although the breakfast selection is not rich, the ingredients are fresh, and the Turkish specialty cheese and freshly brewed coffee are worth a try. However, **the price is slightly higher than that of hotels in the same area**, which is suitable for travelers who pursue quality. The only episode was that the room suddenly lost power on the first night of stay, and the room change process was a bit cumbersome, but the front desk responded quickly and upgraded the room type as compensation. If you ignore this little accident, this is still a good choice for a short trip to Izmir!

That said, **prices are slightly higher than neighboring hotels**, making it better suited for travelers prioritizing style. A minor hiccup occurred on the first night when our room suddenly lost power, and switching rooms took some time, though the staff promptly upgraded us as compensation. If you can overlook these glitches, it’s a stylish base for exploring Izmir!

KKitKatCThe location is located near the pedestrian street, yet quiet in the midst of prosperity! Newly renovated, clean, the room is average in size but fully equipped (see photos). The beautiful woman at the front desk speaks good English and has a friendly smile. The heating is very sufficient in winter, and walking back to the hotel on the street is the most comfortable!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a very charming location. The small streets quickly open onto the main street, Fevzipaşa Boulevard, which takes you about 20 minutes to the waterfront or the turnoff to the Agora and Kadife Fortress. The rooms themselves are small, but very clean and well-appointed. Everything is in excellent condition, and there's a safe and air conditioning. The only downside is that our window overlooked a small courtyard, which was stuffy and we could hear our neighbors. Our friends had a room facing the street and didn't have this problem. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with any questions. When we asked for a second duvet cover and blanket, they were brought to us immediately. The experience was pleasant.

The location is almost in the downtown area! So, while it is easy to access restaurants and trams, it was a little noisy at night.
It was cheaper than a laundromat, and I was grateful to be able to use the washing machine. There is also a place to hang clothes on the roof.
However, if you apply through this site, breakfast is included, but if you apply through another site, it is a little cheaper and does not include breakfast, but in the end it is served to all guests, which is a little disappointing. It also starts around 9am, so if you leave early in the morning you can't eat it.

I lived in the parent-child room, one big bed, two small beds, but the parent-child room did not have air conditioning, and the big bed had air conditioning.
The sink is not very convenient,
But the rocking chair is very comfortable!

SSahaThe reception first tried to put us on a room without window, though clearly stated in our booking that room has a window,they were telling pay extra money to get a suit ,after some argument they opened 2 rooms with window,though initially they said rooms were full,,run by people not speaking English well ,also breakfast was terrible and that too kept in very miserly,sometime telling few items finished .the cleaning lady was doing her job well.overall not a a great experience.great location but hotel is not run my modern professional people, who could do justice to tag on websites,anyways wish them better for future.
