The eternal four-season standard is the best service in the business hotel I have stayed in all four seasons. Before check-in, people with guest service send emails and call to confirm my preference. When eating breakfast, more people queue up at the door. The restaurant manager saw it and said to send breakfast to my room. Breakfast is also very rich. Stayed for five nights. Although I didn't go out very much, many people in the front office can shout my name. The recognition of this piece has really been very satisfied. The last night was a little unpleasant because of the order. The hotel manager came over to apologize when I checked out. Also sent cheese cake (because I was with my husband and secretly helped with the romantic arrangement and sent a honeymoon cake) The hotel concierge was simply omnipotent. Haha also helped make an appointment for a door-to-door nucleic acid test. (Hotel security guards went all the way to our room and looked at the nucleic acid. It was very safe. ) And also helped buy a train ticket to Cairo. The whole process is called to solve everything. We lived in a studio apartment with a kitchen and living room, 14th floor of a neighboring high-rise building, fantastic view of Alexandria, fast internet, comfortable beds, very clean and comfortable. The check-in went quickly, we were immediately taken to the apartment, everything was explained and shown. There weren't utensils for cooking in the kitchen. During the check in we asked to bring plates, pan and etc and we were told that they going to bring it in the morning. But in the morning nothing was brought, we had to go down to the reception once again and remind about the kitchen utensils. Only after that they delivered the required. In fact, due to the lack of kitchen utensils, it made no sense to rent a studio that costs more than a regular room. We were unable to cook dinner for the children and had to go to a restaurant instead, and in the morning again we were unable to cook breakfast for ourselves and the child. When the cookware was finally delivered to us on the second day, it was just wonderful, but the first day disappointed us greatly.
