ممحمد نايف الدهاسلقد كان لدي حجز ل ٥ ايام استخدمت ٣ أيام ولظرف طاري غادرت واهديت اليومين الباقيه لأحد أصحابي وبلغت الإستقبال بذلك وأخذت موافقتهم وحضر صاحبي وبلغ بأنه لامانع لكن فوجئت بعد ساعتين من مغادرتي ب رفضهم إسكان صديقي
ولم استرد المبلغ فماهو الحل
علما بأن موظفات الإستقبال إسراء ونور كانو لطفاء وخدومين

GGuest UserEnjoyed my stay in this hotel, I've got no complaints other than the fact that for 4 months now, their private beach has been closed due to government renovations on the beachfront and I do not remember being informed of this in the booking page before I booked. The main reason I booked was for the beach so understandably, I was disappointed.
