Pet friendly Hotels Wuyishan

Had a lovely 3 night stay over Christmas break. Took a 3 hour high speed train from Shanghai. The hotel offers free pick up service from the train station with reservation made in advance. Everything was very smooth. When we arrived at the hotel, my kids enjoyed the buggy ride from the main lobby to our villa, where there was a nice tea, fruit, and pastries waiting for us. The hotel is very close to the National park. It’s about a 30 min walk to the south entrance where you can get tickets for the bus that takes you around the park to the hiking trails and bamboo raft trip. Remember to bring your passport. We forgot but our photos were accepted as ID. On our way out, we had some pictures taken on-site. We forgot to book in advance but the staff were very accommodating. We do not speak mandarin at all but we were able to get by with Google translate, WeChat, and some of the staff are English speaking. Overall, the Villas are very nice. The pictures look exactly as shown. A true 5 star. Would highly recommend.

There was an array of snacks, fruits and Dahongpao tea. A hearty breakfast was also provided. 2. The service was impeccable. The pleasant, young and energetic household manager provided service as guests have a personal butler. 3. From the roof top, guests get a panoramic view of the Wuyishan mountains. 4. The must-watch Impression Dahongpao is just a short walk away. This hotel is ideally located for visitors who come to Wuyishan to see the show. (In my humble opinion, it would be such a great waste if one visits Wuyishan without watching Impression Dahongpao.) The hotel management team got us the best seats available for the section we selected and at a better price than those offered online. 5. The bus stop where we took the bus to the entrance of the Wuyishan Scenic Area is within walking distance. If one prefers to hail a ride (Didi) there, it costs about 6 yuan. In the opposite direction from the hotel, the tea streets are about the same distance away. If one does not want to go to town to eat, there are also a variety of restaurants and food stalls in the vicinity of Impression Dahongpao. 6. We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and we think we did well in our planning. We wanted to experience the scenic tram ride from Nanping High Speed Rail Station to Wuyishan and by the time we arrived at the hotel, it was in the afternoon. We went up the rooftop to appreciate the view and prep ourselves for the visit to the huge park. Early the next morning, we went to the park after breakfast. We wanted to do the bamboo rafting and visit the 6 ancient Dahongpao trees/shrubs on the first day. Viewing the trees made it more meaningful when we watched Impression Dahongpao on the second evening. On the third day we climbed up to the peak of Wuyishan. Without the pressure of time, the climb was done more safely. The views along the path up and from the top were spectacular. In the late afternoon/evening, we visited the town and walked the tea streets. 7. We got a pleasant gift upon check-out on the fourth day.

Traveling to Wuyi Mountain, staying at Guanlan Shuyuan B&B is really the right decision for this trip! The location of the B&B is great, the surrounding scenery is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and the air is fresh. The room is warm and comfortable, full of details, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, which makes it super safe to live in. The housekeeper Xiaoxiong is warm and hospitable. He recommended us many niche and fun attractions, and told us about local food stores to help us avoid pitfalls. The breakfast is very rich, all of which are local specialties, delicious and healthy. I had a great time staying at Guanlan Shuyuan, and I strongly recommend it to friends who come to Wuyi Mountain. The inn is in the villa area, not far from the south entrance of Wuyi Mountain. The two-day accommodation experience was very good. The room service was very good, and the supplies and water were delivered immediately. You can also book tickets for the Impression Dahongpao performance, which is much cheaper. The location is also very good. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.

As soon as I placed the order, the lady from the B&B contacted us and arranged a detailed guide for our trip to Wuyi Mountain to avoid any pitfalls. When we arrived, we arranged for a car to pick us up. The room was equipped with very good facilities. What I liked most was the night light that can be wirelessly charged in the room, which was great. The little sister’s Bian Mu comes to work regularly to check in and entertain us. He is very cute and clingy, so he calls it rice cake. The young lady also shared her own good tea and learned a lot about tea. The last meal was eaten at the B&B. The food cooked by my aunt was so delicious and felt like home. After eating so many meals in Wuyishan, the B&B was the most comfortable.

The room facilities and decoration are similar to those of a general budget hotel that costs more than 100 yuan. Maybe the price/performance ratio of Wuyishan Hotel is just like this. The package I bought only gave me two bags of tea bags, which are similar to tea bags. Generally, hotels don't promote the coffee and tea bags as valuable. I asked the front desk and they said it was not enough, so they gave me two more bags. However, the quality of this hotel is far behind that of hotels that cost 300 or 400 yuan. Except for the lobby design, everything else is very bad.
