"I had originally planned to visit at the end of June, but due to a typhoon, I postponed it to the end of August. The air here is very fresh, and the humidity is quite high, making it a bit stuffy. It's sunny in the morning, followed by a brief downpour in the afternoon, which is quite interesting. The hotel is located on a small lane in the Sangu Resort, offering a quiet escape while still being easy to find and conveniently located. If you're visiting the Wuyi Mountain scenic area, you can take the free Route 16 bus from the North Gate (Wuyi Palace) for two stops (to the last stop), and the hotel is less than 100 meters walk from there. The breakfast is quite decent; it can't compare to a five-star hotel, of course, but having freshly ground coffee makes it good value for money. There's a small outdoor pool at the hotel entrance, which is great for families with children. The housekeeper was very nice, with an excellent service attitude and a warm personality ❤️. All in all, I made the right choice this time, highly recommended!"

The breakfast selection was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, and everything tasted delicious."

"Upon entering, there's a pleasant tea aroma, and three types of tea are available for guests to try. The room itself is a bit dated; the toilet isn't automatic, and the sheer curtains are yellowish and manual. Other aspects are decent, though. The water pressure is excellent, making for a comfortable shower. There's also a small tea table for enjoying tea. The small balcony outside the connecting room is lovely and overlooks the water, which is very pleasant, but its privacy is somewhat compromised as other guests can walk around below."

Before arriving, I was quite anxious, worried I might have made a bad choice because the online pictures made the hotel look just average. I booked it specifically for the five-star standard, and the check-in experience was surprisingly amazing! The hotel is very close to Sangu, yet it's not as noisy as other hotels right next to Sangu. The hotel room is very quiet. I must highlight that the hotel service is really good; everyone is patient and polite. They also offer free laundry and dryers. Many other star hotels I've stayed at charge for their laundry rooms, but everything here is free. It truly lives up to its star hotel status. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip."
