大海道里麪唯一的酒店，哈密文旅自營酒店，設施還是可以的，特別是床上床品，地下水源偏黃，沒敢洗漱，礦泉水刷牙洗臉。硬件無人區可以理解，國資服務跟不上，有點理解不了，食物和水最好自己多帶一點裏麪沒有便利店什麼的，衹有餐廳。特意先打了電話問要不要提前定餐，説營業到晚上十點半，不用。等一大隊人馬8點到了,告訴你要等一小時，再點餐，點完餐再等一小時出餐。物資也沒有、你應急買個麪都沒有，於是建議餐廳前面客人吃什麼，加份菜一起炒都可以，關鍵就三桌人用餐，能有多忙……真的很國企。價格和份量不好評論，畢竟無人區裏面，能接受，看臉色人家賣給你不。大海道宣傳的點就是無人區，但是服務處處都是繁華城市酒店。都是晚上七八點聯繫，往酒店途中或者你景區有沒有信號你自己不清楚，感覺就是我履行了找你需要幫助的責任。建議酒店應該提前一天聯繫。
