The service is very enthusiastic, whether it is the front desk or the room attendant. Before checking in, I took the initiative to contact and add WeChat to send travel information.
The family room is very large, with a living room and a bedroom, which is more convenient for bringing children.
The room facilities are quite new, and the room layout is very childlike.
The breakfast is more local, with watermelon and cantaloupe. I am not used to it, but the children say it is quite delicious.
You can wash five pieces of clothing for free, which is also very convenient.
Disadvantages:
The water temperature in the bathtub is very cold, about 30 degrees, and there is no hotter water. I asked the waiter and he said that the water temperature in the bathtub is like this and cannot be adjusted to be hotter.
There are condoms in the drawer that were turned out by the children. This is a parent-child family room, which is too speechless. The staff said that this is a unified requirement of the Hami hotel industry, but we did not do this in other hotels.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good, less than 10 minutes' drive from the train station, and there is a very delicious Yiloulan Xinjiang restaurant upstairs in the hotel building, which I ate at for two days in a row. The overall decoration of the hotel is very new. It just opened in 2024, but there is no peculiar smell. The mattresses, pillows and bedding are all made of environmentally friendly materials and are very comfortable.

GGuest UserThe single room is clean and warm, with drinks and bottled purified water. There is also a water purifier in the room to boil drinking hot water. The service staff are very enthusiastic, and the security guards help arrange parking and pick up luggage. I personally feel good about it, and it is better than the hotel across the road.

GGuest UserGood place, you can walk there from the HSR train station in abt 10-15 minutes. The building itself isn't that impressive but the hotel floors are nice and my suite was extremely spacious and nice. It had the best shower in all of China, amazing water pressure. There's a shop right next door selling water etc and on the main street there are many restaurants selling bbq or noodles.

I deliberately glanced at her a few more times. Haha. The breakfast is also very rich. The housekeeper also washed a lot of clothes for me, took them away and sent them back. Very enthusiastic. First choice for business trips
