Hotels with Breakfast in Hami

The room was spotless, and the bathroom was incredibly clean, with a disposable toilet seat cover provided. They even brought complimentary milk and fruit! The service was exceptionally warm and welcoming. I had booked without breakfast online, but the front desk kindly offered a free breakfast during check-in. The breakfast itself was delicious and offered a great variety. It felt like I was getting four-star hotel amenities and service for the price of a business hotel. It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

This time I came to Xinjiang and passed through Hami. I chose Aifei Hotel. The overall experience exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended. The location of the hotel is really a plus. It is very close to Altun Ancient Street and Huiwangfu. There is also a Tianma Supermarket and Food Street next to it. It is super convenient to try local food or buy some specialties at night. There is a large parking lot at the door. It should be no problem to estimate that there are fifty or sixty cars. The front desk lady was very efficient and enthusiastic when checking in. Although the room is not particularly large, the layout is compact and reasonable, and there is no sense of crampedness at all. The pillows in the room are very comfortable, and the sleep quality is directly maximized. When checking out, I specifically asked the front desk beauty to buy two pillows of the same hotel for my home. Overall, Hami Aifei Hotel is very cost-effective, with a superior location, comfortable and clean rooms, and warm and thoughtful service. I will choose here next time I come to Hami, and I also recommend it to friends who plan to come to Hami~

Facilities: Comprehensive. The entire four-story building is quiet with a direct-access elevator. Cleanliness: Clean and odor-free. Environment: Great, cozy, elegant, and comfortable, with fast Wi-Fi. Service: The attitude was amazing! So warm and sincere, it almost made me, an outsider, feel embarrassed. There are many old-brand restaurants nearby, including Hunan, Xinjiang, Sichuan cuisine, and barbecue. Ablamiti Jiang's naan is very famous, with queues every day. The Jiang Xiaoyu Clay Pot Hotpot & BBQ in the nearby snack street is the best – highly recommend trying it!

Decent Atour hotel, amenities are excellent, the room was clean and having stayed at numerous Atour hotels this one was good. The laundry room is useful for travelers and I didn’t need to wait to use the facilities. The local restaurant on the first floor (outside the hotel) is excellent. Just follow the music and you’ll find it. Car parking is OK, we parked at the back but if does get busy because of the restaurant. Can they improve? Yes, of course, the check in receptionist looked as though she’d never seen a foreigner before and was cold and abrupt. I thought she was rude. Come on Atour, train your people properly. Breakfast was good, although the staff should have replenished all the items towards the end of service - there was virtually no fruit left. The differences between Atour hotels are largely around individual employees, here the reception/check in was below my expectation. No water or tea offered either. Says it all really.

It was very good and clean, but a little cold. The air conditioner was not very hot, maybe I didn't know how to operate it. It was very quiet and convenient for shopping.

Airport pick-up and high-speed rail station pick-up and drop-off services: You can book the airport pick-up and drop-off service in advance, which is very good Heart-warming late night snack: It was already 9pm when we arrived at the hotel, so we missed dinner time. Yogurt and bread were given when checking in, which was very considerate. Service: The ladies at the front desk were very nice. I was afraid that I would not be able to return to the hotel when the check-out time came, so I left my room card at the front desk and delayed my check-out. Facilities: The audio-visual king-size bed room you booked can also be used to project and watch movies, which is very good if you are a member.

The room is neat and clean, and the disposable slippers are thickened! The lady at the front desk is warm and hospitable, and the security guard is all smiles! Breakfast is nutritious! Very cost-effective at the same price! Recommended!

The hotel room in itself was fine. However, since I lost my European power plug to American-style flat-prong plug adapter in the train, I asked if they would have an adapter for. They said yes, wait a moment. After 40 minutes or so I went sightseeing in the town. Back in the hotel I asked again for the adapter, they said wait 10 minutes, nothing happened. I went for food and back at the hotel I asked again, they said sorry, initially gave me a wrong adapter, then finally a good one, that at first instance shortcut the power outlets. Then it took almost 30 minutes to fix this. It just all took too long! Also, the room has automatic curtains, and I really disliked it that the moment I entered the room, the curtains automatically opened. It didn't remember my prefered settings, quite annoying.

The front desk is good, the room aunt is good, the bedding can also be bigger, but the bath water is hot and cold, stayed for two nights, the first night of the room window can open a small mouth, all the rooms in the hotel are not smoke-free, the room is very big The smell of smoke, the quilt pillows are all smelly, The second room window can be opened normally, there is no smell of smoke in the room, but the residents who come back from the next door drunk at 1 am are particularly noisy. After chatting, they also chatted while playing music. Call the front desk to let the security guard communicate. It’s a little better but it’s noisy. The next morning, I started to pick up again. The service overall is good, but I have not rested for two nights, if it is not because the service is good overall bad review. It is recommended that the hotel increase the smoke-free treatment of the rooms. The windows are made of chains and can open a small seam. The smell of carpet smoke in the house cannot be dissipated at all.

The location is fantastic, directly opposite Hami Railway Station. There are many unique local restaurants nearby, and the backyard parking is very convenient for those traveling by car. The female customer service staff and male staff at the front desk were incredibly warm and attentive, even helping us find a parking spot – really impressive! The breakfast was rich and delicious. This is my second time in Hami, and I continue to experience the city's friendly hospitality.
