"We are a group of 3 that stay in this hotel for 2 days 1 night. It was a good journey to stay at this hotel. Comes with breakfast. I enjoyed the roti canai, fried rice, nuggets, popiah & the hot drinks. Located in a strategic location & managed to find good food that was near to the hotel. Managed to get some coffee & tea from the hotel too."

"This is my first experience of having to wait 1 hour for check-in a hotel. Check-in was supposed to be at 3pm but we arrived in Penang at 7pm, we expected the hotel room to be available so we could check-in straight away, but unfortunately our room is still not available. We are very grateful to a female receptionist (wearing a hijab) who was willing to solve this problem within 15 minutes compared to the first male receptionist who made us wait for almost 1 hour to check in. I'm sorry for throwing a tantrum at the counter because we have to wait a long time to follow, we're really tired from traveling so far. The hotel has offered 8 free breakfast sets as a sign of apology for our loss of 5 hours to check-in. Thank you again for the efforts of the reception girl. The hotel is very comfortable and the food is very good, the only mistake was the moment we checked in. I hope I won't have this kind of check-in experience again. Thank you"
