Hôtel Apollo Opéra Reviews

Our family stayed in the hotel for four nights. They only provided little amount of shampoo and soap and they did not refill them everyday! There was one night when they did not have any hot water! They did not put on any notice beforehand and the staff didn’t say anything. The hot water was fixed in the next morning but I would be more than happy if they have put on notice. The good thing is the air conditioning was working very well. It was a bless in this hot summer.

The room has just enough space for two . The shower is so tiny, we can barely fit inside. And there is no shelf or any space for you to put shampoo and soap within the shower. So we have to keep opening the shower curtain which makes the floor very slippery. We end up putting bunch of towels on the flower. They have safe and closet in the room which is convenient. But the mini fridge is way too small, which can barely fit a bottle of water.

Excellent budget hotel for stay in Paris

Wonderful hotel very close to the Moulin Rouge. An easy walk down to the Seine to reach other attractions too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was that the booking stated we would have a bath but we only had a shower.

Quiet attic room. Very welcoming staff. Very clean. Just steps from the Moulin Rouge. Comfortable bedding. Clean bathroom. Very good breakfast in the stone basement. A great place to stay.

The room I was assigned was isolated, facing a cellar slope toward the maintenance room. The shower was extremely basic, barely enough space to sleep. The receptionist didn't respond favorably to the room change. I won't be back. Very disappointed.

The location is convenient, a 6-minute walk from MTR and a 10-30-minute drive from major attractions. The room has all the facilities, except that there is no bed. The bed in the room is very comfortable and there are two chairs in the room. It would be better if it was cleaned. The electric plug for boiling water in the room was a little loose, and the person in charge was also very friendly. We didn't need to clean it every day, and they would also provide necessary supplies such as toilet paper and shampoo. Generally speaking, I was satisfied with my 4-night stay in Paris.

There are many restaurants nearby, so it was easy to go out to eat. The front desk staff were also polite. The room was clean and comfortable. It was small, though!

Very good hotel and service. I recommend !
