Lovely place to stay, nice and cosy with amazing views. Rooms are well heated when we arrive. Host is very kind to give us a late check out. Wish to be back again next year.

Avoid this listing. It is a townhouse managed by a company. It has a bad location, small area, poor facilities, bad service, and also charges a high credit card deposit. Firstly, although the house has a lake view as shown in the pictures, it is not on the first-line lake view road but on the mountain. This means that if you drive, you need to take a detour. Since it is difficult to park in the center of Queenstown, you often need to walk a long and steep slope to get around. There is no sidewalk on the road leading out, so it is dangerous to cross the road. In short, the location is extremely unfriendly. The kitchen and living room are on the second floor of the house, and the bedroom is on the first floor. However, the air conditioner is only on the first floor, so the second floor will be very hot. We found the bowls and cutlery to be dirty and greasy, the pot was not non-stick at all and was not usable at all. There were not enough bath towels and toilet paper, which was commented on by other guests before. We stayed for three days and found that the lights, router and range hood were broken, and we could only contact them through Ctrip customer service. Unless you contact them by phone, you will never be able to contact the management directly online. In addition, more than a month before I checked in, I saw a review saying that I needed to travel up and downhill, and my family member had a leg disease and wanted to cancel my stay. I provided medical records, but the hotel was unwilling to help me cancel. Ctrip provided help in communication. After arriving, I found that the property manager was indeed perfunctory, the facilities were not user-friendly, and the service was poor.

The second floor has a kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Standing on the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful lake view. The first floor is the bedroom, which has air conditioning and oil heaters, and electric blankets on the bed. There is a washing machine and dryer in the corridor, as well as a can of laundry detergent. We stayed for 4 nights and will book again in the future.

Environment: The villa is facing the lake, with great views. It is within walking distance of the cable car and steamboat station. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk back from the city, and you need to walk uphill. Facilities: The facilities are modern and complete, but the pot is not easy to use and easily sticks. It's about a 10-minute walk, and we have to go up a high slope, which is not easy... The house is a row of four townhouses. The first floor is the entrance with only steps, the second floor has three rooms and a bathroom, and the third floor is the living room and kitchen. Only the third floor has a view, you can see the lake and the mountain, which is shocking and amazing enough. I paid a deposit of $1,000 in advance, which was finally returned, but I don't understand why they charged so much.

The room was very nice, the tableware was complete, and the view was great, but I almost couldn't check in. I called the landlord for a long time but no one answered. It was really scary at the time, and it was cold outside. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to check in, which would be troublesome. It is recommended to ask the landlord for the password in advance

The hotel is on a slope. This time, the first row is facing the road. There is a garage below the road on the first floor. Parking in the garage is very convenient. You can also drive up the slope, making it easy to pick up luggage. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the first floor of the hotel. The second floor is the living room. We have four adults and one child, which is just right. The hotel is quite cozy, and the facilities are very new. The location is not far from Queenstown on foot, about 10+ minutes, but there is a long steep slope... It's a bit tiring to get back to the hotel...😂 There is road construction going on near the hotel these days, which will wake you up in the morning. The only shortcoming is that there is no radiator in the hotel room. Sometimes it feels cold in the middle of the night. Everything else is good.

A perfect apartment in a great location. Private parking was a bonus. Clean and tidy with all the required extras. Great communication from the owners. Full laundry facilities was a bonus. A short walk into town and a cheap taxi ride back up the hill.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was nice and warm when we arrived, the view was absolutely stunning, nice short walk into town. Beds were comfy. Apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Great communication , would definitely stay again!

Accomodation was fantastic and can’t fault anything. Views of the lake and mountains were beautiful. Housekeeping half way through our stay was great . Perfect location and a nice easy stroll into town to all attractions. Will definitely be recommending to friends !

It needs some tlc.. you paying for the view . Some things like furniture etc needs updating.stuff in kitchen cupboards need checking Sofas etc not very comfy. But the beds were. It was lovely and warm upstairs

We had an amazing stay at these stunning apartments. The views were amazing with a huge balcony to take it all in. Our 3 bedroom apartment was like a home away from home with everything you need. The living area and kitchen were very spacious and we loved the cosy fireplace too! Everything was very clean and tidy. Highly recommend staying here, such beautiful apartments.

We stayed for 3 nights and we loved it. The house is clean and everything you need. Also, the staff is so friendly and whenever you need help they are always there. 5 Stars ⭐️ definitely will be back again.
