Liked this hotel, the location is good, there is a metro station nearby, and there are restaurants and shops nearby.

We had a lovely stay close to all fun attractions in Shanghai city , The Bund , The ninhjang road , People's square , The Yuan Gardens we are very surprised how clean Shanghai was don't use a taxi use install Ali pay and use didi travel for taxi services excellent no need for cash in china can scan QR for paying everything. Happy with our first visit to China Shanghai

The hotel is a great value for money. Our room was clean. We received all the necessary amenities in the room. Breakfast is Chinese style, but has plenty of options to choose from. Generally the food was good and included in the room rate. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, they fixed every issue effectively and fast enough. The location just right at the central railway station and also you can walk to the city center within 30 minutes. Very good location. I recommend this property to anyone who wants to travel around with ease. Thank you for the great stay and we will comeback soon 😊

The hotel was nice. It was hard to find because of the co structuring nearby and having to go down a little alleyway, but once I found it, it was nice. Despite the construction, it was not too loud. I wasn’t there a lot in the daytime, so it could have been different in the day or evening. The room was spacious and had a view.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Just 10 minutes walk from Shanghai train station. Breakfast was a typical Chinese breakfast buffet of foods such as fried rice, noodles, stir fry veges,, boiled egg and dumplings. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not. Staff used translations on their phone to communicate. They do their job, but don't go out of their way to help.

great location, but couldn't find the shortcut from the station on the map. there is a big construction going on and it was noisy

Clean and neat room, lam on the 10th floor, view is quite nice, also they ve free laundry service at 6th floor

The wifi is stable and the rooms quiet for the center of Shanghai. It is tucked away in an alley near a park, so make sure to look it up ahead of time before arriving. Nice breakfast, spacious rooms, and accommodating staff.

The room was clean but in order to get there we had to ignore dust, mosquito’s corpses on the walls and food packages delivered to somebody but left in the hall for days. Good position, a 5 minutes walk from the shanghai railway station.

Clean, cozy hotel near Shanghai Railway Station. Who needs this location, a good choice for staying.

The hotel was obscured and the construction nearby made the environment very noisy. The hotel needs some renovations, especially because of it's prime location.

I was provided a room on the 11th floor, till the 10th floor there is a lift, above that no lift, so with luggage you have to go on stairs from 10th to 11th floor. The room is big, the cleanliness is good but the amenities are not all... Location wise good...cost wise ok... Service wise average or very ordinary

The location is in fact in near footwalking distance, but when I arrived at 11.30 pm, the entrance gate to the street of the hotel was closed and nobody there. It looked like a gated residential area, and neither the hotel nor the street name were visible. In the morning I saw that the hotel's name and an arrow were written on the house wall next to the gate - but only in Chinese. I called a taxi, hoping the taxi driver will undertand where to go, but he didn't either and his map did not show the street name. We called the hotel and it took him about 30 minutes driving and talking to the receptionist to understand that the hotel was behind this gate. I walked there, at first unable to see the hotel. The hotel's name is written only in Chinese and not illuminated and it is situated between normal residential buildings, so really not easy to find. So that was annoying and I had unnecessary taxi expenses. Once I had arrived, everything was fine, no complaints about the room. Breakfast was almost empty at 8.30, but I got a 10 yuan price reduction for the left-overs.
