Great location and overall good hotel. Sadly my room had a window looking onto a wall which meant no daylight at all. Luckily I was there one night only.

Hotel with a great location near the Luxembourg Gardens, metro and lots of restaurants and cafes. The hotel has newly renovated interiors. BEWARE of room no. 601, it has a view to the wall of the next building!! So ugly!

Wonderful and convenient hotel at a reasonable price. The hotel is located within walking distance to the center. The hotel's breakfast is quite good. I would love to visit again next time.

I DO love this hotel. Well-designed, recently refreshed, but located in the historical building. Great view from the room. Friendly and ready to help stuff, who always smile, it’s great! Only 3-5 minutes to Luxembourg garden (lovely place) by foot. Really convenient to have transfer from/to CDG airport (direct RER line B, station Luxembourg).

Wonderful location. Very close to Luxembourg station, which is on the metro line that goes to Gare du Nord (for those who arrive via Eurostar). For Emily in Paris fans, the hotel is also only a 10 minute walk away from her apartment, Gabriel's restaurant, and the boulangerie they often visit. Recommend!

Very rude receptionist named LYES. I was talking to the girl receptionist named Leana but he interrupted us and raise his voice with me. Very unprofessional. The management should FIRE him. And train more Leana becoz shes an effective receptionist but the other guy NO, he should not be there in the first place bcoz he dont know the real meaning of FRONTLINER and CUSTOMER SERVICE. A frontliner should be nice becoz they are the face of the hotel they represent the hotel. Having a bad teceptionist will ruin the reputation of the hotel. Ive been a traveler since 2008 but I never experiences such treatment. This is the first time ever. I was an ex-receptionist in 5* hotel but we dont treat our guest like how he treated us. Like what in our training before says “Customer is not always right but they have a right to be treated right”. The hotel MUST train their frontliner bcoz they are RUDE af.

It is a very French and quaint hotel with a convenient location, clean environment, new and comfortable linens and items; the breakfast is small but exquisite, just right; the Luxembourg Gardens and the Pantheon are only a few minutes' walk away, and it is also a good place for locals to live with their children; I look forward to staying here again.

The hotel service is very poor! The staff is full of lies! There are also few types of breakfast, and the pictures are basically all the same types every day! Only Ctrip has good after-sales service! 1. I booked five nights. The room I checked in on the first day was a private room. It was on the first floor of the roadside. When the curtains were opened, pedestrians on the road walked around the window. The sheets were dirty. I asked to change rooms many times but they didn’t change. Finally, at more than ten o’clock in the evening, I strongly requested and found an empty room for me in just one minute. 2. On the third night, I returned to the hotel and was stopped directly in the lobby. They told me that I had to pay the difference of 30 euros per night because they upgraded the room for me. If I didn’t pay, I couldn’t enter the room. They locked my card and all my things were in the room. I, a girl, faced his difficulties in the lobby at eleven o’clock in the evening in a foreign country, and this staff member was still burping. 3. On the fourth day, the card still couldn’t be swiped. I gave them a few hours, but they kept delaying. At my request, I stood in front of them for two minutes to solve the card problem. 4. Free mineral water is only available on the first day of check-in. I told them I booked for five nights, and one staff member said they forgot, and another said it was only available on the first day of welcome. I was too lazy to argue with them. 5. I booked it because I saw reviews saying the breakfast was delicious. I ate it for three days, and it was the same thing every day, with few varieties. It was acceptable for one day. 6. I called Ctrip and the customer service was very responsible. They helped me cover the extra money and communicated with the hotel. Thank you very much.

The hotel is located in a residential area, the surrounding environment is clean, quiet and beautiful, there is a supermarket nearby, and it is also close to the Shrine of Saints. The front desk service is also very good, and they will ask if you want to store your luggage. The breakfast is also good The hotel room is very spacious and beautiful, and mineral water is provided. I like Paris!

The room is very small, and two people's suitcases can't be opened. Each person has a small single bed of 80 cm, which is counted as two beds when put together. The location, position and service are all very good.

The hotel is in a good location. Although the elevator is crowded and the room is small, it is safe. The terrace of the room on the 5th floor can see the Pantheon. The surrounding schools, libraries, churches and Marie Curie Memorial Museum are all within walking distance. The subway is also very convenient. Walk for two or three minutes to the bus stop 21/27 to the Louvre (only a few stops away). Walk for more than ten minutes to Luxembourg Gardens, one of the most beautiful parks in Paris. The dining is rich and lively. The hotel front desk service is also good. Hand the room card to the front desk for safekeeping before going out every day. Breakfast has different restaurants according to different room areas.
