Good service

It feels like an old hotel has been renovated. The rooms are large, but the facilities are not only old, but broken. On the first day of washing, I found that the drainage was not smooth. When I stood in the bathtub, the water in the shower was up to my ankles. The shower head was broken and the water flow was small, so I had to wait for someone from the hotel to come after the shower. After repairing it, I turned on the water and flushed it away the next day (Picture 6). The light switches in the room are very old (forgot to take pictures). The hair dryer is also broken (picture 2). The sheets were very short and did not cover the cotton batting at the end of the bed. The cotton batting was not changed often, so it was very uncomfortable. The receptionists in the lobby and the ROOM Service people were very nice, but the ROOM SERVICE operator and a security guard were very stiff.

A very good hotel, the food is also good, but the sound insulation is a little poor, everything else is OK. The rooftop restaurant, swimming pool and gym are all good choices.

I was kidnapped by the hotel security for a day. They used the excuse of protecting Chinese people to forcefully escort Chinese people out. The price was reduced from 210,000 lsos to 50,000 lsos. At first, the police hung up the phone and didn't come. After bargaining, they finally came to collect the money.

The hotel itself is good. But Chinese people should never come to Lahore recently. After we checked into this hotel, they did not allow us to go out unless we rented a bulletproof car, which is now very expensive. And even with a bulletproof car, we were not allowed to visit tourist attractions, so our good summer vacation was ruined. …..We had no choice but to buy tickets from Lahore to return home. Ended the trip early. …..The hotel provides free buses to the airport….Speechless😓ing 撒油那拉Pakistan
