Stayed in this hotel by business, good hotel but have some issues to improve. Bathroom is cold, reception desk staff need to improve. Breakfast was very good

I booked a twin room, but they didn't allow two people to stay in it. What's the logic? I just booked an order within 1 hour, but they didn't allow me to cancel it. They didn't allow two people to stay in it. Communication was ineffective, and customer service communication was also useless. They are so stubborn. I give you a bad review, and you really don't deserve it!

The environment is very good, but the hotel prices in Uzbekistan seem to be high. The breakfast is good and it is OK for a few days, but there are no new things. The agent is difficult to deal with.
