Enjoyed my stay. Hotel staff is nice. But the check-in is very strict, 3pm on the dot. Can’t be any earlier… would be better if they can be a more flexible.

The hotel is divided into east and west wing. So when you book, check if there is a room with a bathroom! The hotel is anti-new, so the hotel is more novel! The hotel is one-night-two, all Japanese style, breakfast is Japanese! Nearby walk to convenience store about 5-8 minutes! There is no place to walk around at night! In the morning, you can go down to the seaside for a walk. The sea faces the Japanese bay, and the scenery is good!

There is a problem with the translation of the hotel name. Kaike=かいけ=皆生, how can this be translated into Kaike? Take the bus to Kaike Onsen Center in front of JR Yonago Station, 300 yen to the end, with your back to Family Mart and walk for two minutes. It will be miserable if you take the recommended Borocho. It is estimated to cost around 2,000 yuan to take a taxi. This hotel is divided into two floors, east and west. Check-in is in the east building, which is connected by an underground passage, but the elevator in the west building does not reach the first floor underground. You need to climb to the first floor and then take the elevator to the second floor to take a hot spring bath. This hot spring is the only one that dares to lay wooden floors in the large bathhouse since I wandered around Japan so far. The water quality is also very good, with the same salty taste as that in Atami, and the limbs immersed in the water will glow with a silver light. And once you open the door of the large bathhouse, other hotels are generally aisles or small compartments, but this one will directly face the narrow bathhouse, surrounded by water vapor, and the visual experience is very good. You can see the sea directly from the outdoor hot spring. But its ice cubes are actually charged, 110 yen per cup. Since you are here, you must go to the Adachi Museum of Art. Unfortunately, there are very few trains from JR Yonago to Yasugi, and most of them require extra money to buy express tickets. The taxi ride for this section costs 3,000 yen. You have to consider carefully if you want to go to the Adachi Museum of Art, such as living near Yasugi Station.

The service is bad. It took a long time for me to get a room after I arrived at the hotel. I can only smoke outside the hotel. It was freezing! There is no indoor smoking room. After entering the room, I found that it was the last room (last room ** bad feng shui). The hotel refused to change the room when I asked it. The hotel window has lines that affect the view. The room is very cold. I don’t know if the heating system is too bad or the last room is too gloomy. It’s still cold even with the heater. The hotel said that this room is too big. I am speechless. The rooms of other hotels I booked are bigger than this one. Others have good heating systems and are very warm. You have to go to the West Building to soak in the hot spring of this hotel, but the rooms in the West Building are bad. And the view of the hot spring is not good. The East Building is newly renovated. The breakfast and dinner portions are not much. I had to add rice three times to be full. Don’t think it’s good just because there is abalone for dinner. Abalone is too cheap in Chinese supermarkets. Snow crab is very small. There is not even one when two people put together. Snow crab is very cheap over there. The hotel is too stingy. Anyway, if you must come to Kaike Hot Springs, you must choose another one. There are many hot spring hotels here.

Taking a taxi from Yonago Station seems to be within about 3000yen! Because I traveled alone so I did not drive, it became a bit difficult to go out at night to find something to eat, because there is some distance to walk out without a car The view from the hotel is beautiful

I stayed on the east side and had to go to the west building to take a bath. The open-air bath was as small as a jacuzzi, but there were no people there, so I enjoyed it while listening to the sound of the waves.

The hotel is very cost-effective and extremely satisfactory! It is a very cost-effective plan with one night and two meals. There are hot springs in the hotel for you to soak in, which can relieve your fatigue and make you feel relaxed physically and mentally. The restaurant has a breathtaking view, and it is a pleasant experience to enjoy the charming scenery while dining. 

The hotel service is good. They take you to your room and teach you how to soak in the hot spring. They are careful enough to teach you how to open the room door. You may be staying on weekdays, but there is no one to soak in the hot spring. It's like a private room.

The hotel room faces the sea and is close to the beach. The room facilities are good and the hot spring is good. The hotel's Japanese-style breakfast and kaiseki dinner are very good. I have eaten food from more than a dozen hotels, and this one is one of the best. The dinner menu has a lot of seafood, including delicious Matsuzhi crab and abalone. The hotel staff are warm and friendly and the service is excellent.

The hotel facilities are new and the sea view rooms are beautiful. If you don't smoke, be sure to choose a non-smoking room. We didn't pay attention to this, and even though they said it was a non-smoking room, it still smelled like cigarette smoke. The hot spring is on the 2nd floor of the East Building. If you live in the West Building, you need to take the stairs in the basement to the 1st floor of the East Building and then take the elevator to the 2nd floor. No suggestions for those who have difficulty walking.

The food was delicious and the ocean view from the room was amazing.
