"Hotels around Stanford are too expensive. This store is cost-effective, although it is a motel, but everything is fine. Check-in is fast, no deposit is required, the room is OK. quiet. The parking lot is large. Breakfast is too simple, there are apple pie, cookies, Cup Cake, coffee, hot water."

GGuest UserVery beautiful environment! The hotel is huge, with beautiful plants everywhere and ducks in the pond. Just taking a walk in the garden is very healing. There is also a free laundry room for travelers to use, and laundry softener is provided free of charge, which is very hospitable. There are many beautiful decorations during Christmas season❤️
The only downside is the low water pressure for showering, but the other advantages make it a perfect match!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the central city, the facilities in the room are clean and tidy, the toilet and furniture materials are exquisite and in line with the price, but the face tissues are really bad! Mineral water is not provided either. It is said that it is environmentally friendly to provide you with two sports kettles for free. Do you go to the second floor to fetch water yourself? 🤐 The breakfast place is very small, the elevator 🛗 is only one, there are no public places and facilities, and there is no place to sit with a friend. There is a Japanese restaurant on the first floor downstairs, the dishes are good! But you need to pay a deposit in advance. The price is average.

QQiaoqiaochaI spent the first couple of days at the Westin, but when I extended my stay, I realized the Sheraton offered much better value. They're right next door to each other and even share a parking lot. The Sheraton was nearly 1000 RMB less expensive, plus it had a bigger pool. Overall, I thought the Sheraton was a superior option. There's a small plaza with plenty of convenient restaurants just a 5-6 minute walk away. Parking is $20 a day, and entry/exit is convenient using your room key.

Check-out via human assistance was quick, as the pre-authorization was removed. For a weekend stay in Silicon Valley, it's good value; there are plenty of supermarkets nearby, though they're a few minutes' walk away. I would choose to stay here again. Breakfast is optional.

CCara109The hotel is not far from Stanford University. The room is very nice and the facilities are pretty good. The breakfast is very simple, just a piece of bread and milk or coffee. Even after checking out, I still have a $100 deposit that has not been refunded to me more than ten days ago, and After leaving a relatively expensive item at the hotel, I contacted the hotel front desk but there was no reply. I hope Ctrip platform can help handle this matter.

PPLGPHILAverage, very dark room in an old wing on the ground floor (not renovated, or at least not recently).
Friendly welcome at check-in, choice of room offered (level).
Basic breakfast (little choice) presented in the reception area (too small). Fortunately,
there is an outdoor patio and, above all, the weather is nice.
No water pressure and no flow at the sink.
Unacceptable: it's a steal: $17.50 charged extra without any explanation.
Invoice wording: ”Amenity Fee” even though we arrived in the evening at 7 p.m. and left at 9 a.m. the next morning without having used any services in addition to the room already paid for on Trip.com (see last photo).

BBih FangAppreciate flexibility of checkin and checkout. We changed from quad room to twin room on the last 2 nights of our stay. We are allowed to move our luggage to the twin room as soon as it’s available. Complimentary tidbits and drink at reception is a plus. However, reception sometimes is not operated as the stated which is from 9am to mid night.

The room was OK. Comfortable beds and pillows.
The floor needs to be cleaned better and there some ants walking around more visible in the bathroom. I think needs some spray before the summer officially starts.
The pool was not ready no towels provided until Sunday.
The jacuzzi was hot but only 4 jets out of 12 were working.
I cleaned the leaves and tree brushes and... inside the pool and spa before using it myself ....

李李It takes about seven or eight minutes to drive to Stanford. The room is very spacious and the space for activities is large. The boss is very enthusiastic. Before we checked in, we turned on the electric heater and the TV was switched to the Chinese station. You may know that we are from China by looking at the name of the order. Fair, if you need hot water, talk to the front desk when you check in. A kettle is provided and parking is free
