During our visit, it was a long holiday and quite busy, yet we were able to check in on time. The room was spotless, with excellent soundproofing, and the housekeeping staff were lovely. We enjoyed an oil spa treatment and traditional Thai massage — everyone in the family agreed it was wonderful. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile, from the parking lot attendants, front desk, spa therapists, and restaurant team to the pool staff, security guards, and café baristas. For dinner, we tried The Fable Fest and every dish was just as delicious as the reputation promised. At the Rabbit Café, the shio pan and coffee were outstanding — every cup and every bite was delightful. In short, this stay was truly memorable in every way. This is one of those hotels that can genuinely make you smile from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave."
