While the staff were generally very polite and helpful, I was surprised to find no toothbrush set in the room upon arrival. Unfortunately, it took over 15 minutes for one to be delivered late at night. Despite this small delay, the overall quality was excellent, and I will definitely be back!"

"Despite the very hot weather in Khao Yai at the moment, the overall atmosphere is still pleasant. The hotel is beautiful and very spacious, with several new construction areas currently in progress. There is a bicycle rental service available at 100 THB per hour, which is a nice way to enjoy the surroundings. The room cleanliness could still be improved. It was also quite surprising that bath amenities are not set in the room and are only available upon request. On a positive note, the service was excellent across all staff from the GSA and bellman to the security team, everyone was attentive and helpful. The breakfast was also very delicious."

"The hotel’s facilities and rooms are good, although the hallway floors are not suitable for the amount of foot traffic. They are tiled floors that make far too much noise when guests drag their suitcases along them. The worst part, without a doubt, is the breakfast. There is very little variety for the level of quality the hotel aims to offer (and considering the price), and above all, there is very little attention paid to the dishes. The food on the buffet is left to cool down on the tables and is not replaced with freshly cooked food. There were even sandwiches with mayonnaise left at room temperature. The fruit, yogurts, etc. are not kept fresh. In short, poor value for money."

The only thing is that the entrance doesn't have much lighting. 😅 Overall, our stay in the camper van was okay. However, the floor inside the camper felt a bit springy. I'd suggest adding more lighting along the pathways to the rooms. It was hard to see the way at night because the trees separating each unit made it too dark."
