"We stayed here as a family with our teenage daughter and had a very pleasant experience overall. The room was thoughtfully designed with spaces for spending time together, as well as private corners for each family member. The layout was practical and offered plenty of usable space. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, although some dishes were not quite to our taste. We also found that many of the hot items, including the rice porridge and soft-boiled eggs, were not served warm. On the other hand, freshly prepared items such as the egg station dishes, khanom krok, and Chinese doughnuts were served hot and tasted much better. One area that could be improved is housekeeping hygiene. During our stay, we chose not to use the balcony because we noticed a housekeeper using the same mop to clean both the floor and the sofa. We hope the resort will review and improve its cleaning procedures. Overall, we had a good stay and appreciated the room design and family-friendly atmosphere."

"I can't think of anything to complain about. Everything was perfect for relaxation, privacy, cleanliness, and the attentiveness of all the staff. I received all of these throughout my three-night stay. It was the best stay I've ever had."

"The location of this hotel is fantastic, especially with the charming Rabbit Cafe right on-site and EV Charging is a plus. The swimming pool area is incredibly relaxing and surrounded by lush greenery—a true urban oasis. I was also impressed by the room size; it was very spacious and featured one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! While the staff were generally very polite and helpful, I was surprised to find no toothbrush set in the room upon arrival. Unfortunately, it took over 15 minutes for one to be delivered late at night. Despite this small delay, the overall quality was excellent, and I will definitely be back!"

"Stayed there a few times already. Always chill atmosphere. The only issue I have with them is that they still use traditional locks with keys, which is inconvenient to keep a large key ring in a pocket."

"A wonderful place and trip. The breakfast is one of the best in Thailand travels. A nice assortment of foods from all regions of Thailand and a couple cheese and Italian meats. Van driver drives too fast while we are enjoying our slow vacation. You can rent a golf cart for 500 baht an hour but need to pick it up at the main suites lobby. Bikes are 200 baht as well. The pools close at 7pm too early. You can visit leaning tower of Piza for free or make a reservation for any cafe or restaurants inside Toscana Valley, no need to stay here. Rooms are spacious and worth it."

"We stayed for two nights including breakfast and diner. Everything was very satisfactory. The only suggestion would be that they serve the same menu for our two night dinners. However the restaurant manager was kind enough to let us change the main course on the second day but the starter and the dessert were the same and there were only two choices and not one vegetarian option. Otherwise everything was very good and the staff were super friendly."

"I got a standard room. The balcony didn't have a view, just a wall and the roof of another building. However, everything inside the room was fine, except for the amenities – they weren't fully stocked. There was no shower cap or toothbrush. The staff at the reception were all lovely and helpful. The breakfast was good, but the selection was a bit limited."

"The accommodation is beautiful, surrounded by scenic views and nature. The atmosphere is peaceful, with stunning views of the large mountain range all around. This kind of atmosphere is hard to find in Khao Yai. The room is comfortable and features a large stone bathtub, perfect for two people – very romantic and ideal for couples. The rooms in the Kirimaya zone are limited, so it doesn't feel crowded. Breakfast is served at the restaurant in the Atta zone, with buggy service available for transport. All staff members provide excellent service and a warm welcome. Overall, I'm very impressed."

"Overall Atmosphere and Design This time, I visited Khao Yai, known as the 'Little Europe' of Thailand, and stayed at Hotel MYS Khao Yai. The entire experience was truly amazing! The hotel features a pure white, minimalist modern architectural design, surrounded by lush greenery and mountains. Since it only accommodates guests aged 13 and above, the environment is exceptionally quiet and private, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Must-See Photo Spot and Room Experience The most unforgettable feature is definitely the iconic 'three-story high suspended transparent swimming pool'! Swimming in the air while overlooking the ground and distant mountain views offers a spectacular visual experience and creates beautiful photo opportunities. The in-room facilities are also meticulously chosen; the bed is so soft and comfortable you won't want to get up, and the bath amenities are high-quality L'Occitane products. Plus, all drinks and snacks in the mini-bar are complimentary, showing the hotel's thoughtful attention to detail. Dining and Service The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. Breakfast is exquisite, with high-quality and delicious dishes. Whether you're enjoying the unparalleled Khao Yai night view from your private terrace or relaxing in a bath amidst the sounds of nature, Hotel MYS delivers an almost perfect experience. I highly recommend it to travelers seeking a high-quality, rejuvenating getaway!"

"Pros: The staff were truly exceptional! Each person we met was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I especially want to highlight the restaurant team, it was a genuine pleasure meeting them every day. The restaurant itself was incredible. Every meal was exquisite, and we tried a wide range of dishes and none of them disappointed. Honestly, I would return just for the dining experience alone. The breakfast was amazing too!  The views were breathtaking, and the location is absolutely stunning. The hotel property is also beautifully designed and visually impressive. It's super silent there so if you are looking to unwind and relax this hotel is perfect.  Cons: I felt the property could benefit from some maintenance and upkeep. The overall design is lovely, but certain areas seemed to need a bit more attention. Cleanliness could be improved as well; there was a noticeable smell in the bathroom and some dust in window corners and on light fixtures. I’m extremely sensitive to dust, so I tend to check these details more closely and clean-up myself everywhere I visit, but the cobwebs and buildup were a bit more than I expected. There weren’t many activities available within the hotel itself, and the pools were unheated which felt unusual given the cooler climate. However, after visiting multiple places in Khao Yai, it seems heated pools may not be common in the area, so this might just be a regional norm rather than a drawback specific to the hotel. Neutral Note: There are quite a few insects around, which is completely understandable considering the natural, forested surroundings. This wasn’t an issue for me, especially since the room had screen doors to help keep insects out, but it may be helpful for future guests to be aware."
