"I had a great stay here and would definitely recommend this resort. First of all, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Initially, I was assigned a room on the ground floor near the swimming pool, which I think is perfect for families with children. However, since I was looking for a quieter and more relaxing stay, I asked if it would be possible to change my room. The staff handled my request promptly and arranged another room without any issues, which I really appreciated. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed during my stay. The view was beautiful and created a peaceful atmosphere, making it an excellent place to relax and unwind. The breakfast was delicious and met my expectations, with a good variety of food. There was also plenty of parking space, which made it very convenient for guests traveling by car. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. If I visit Khao Yai again in the future, I will definitely plan to stay here again."

"Hotel feels a bit tired already. Room 1110 has problem with rain fall shower head, it will spray out the top and hit the ceiling. Tried one of the two restaurants on site, but was disgusted by all the flies inside the restaurant, there must be 1000 of them. End up eating outside all 3 days, disappointed in this place. Wouldn’t come back."

"We stayed for two nights including breakfast and diner. Everything was very satisfactory. The only suggestion would be that they serve the same menu for our two night dinners. However the restaurant manager was kind enough to let us change the main course on the second day but the starter and the dessert were the same and there were only two choices and not one vegetarian option. Otherwise everything was very good and the staff were super friendly."

"The hotel was sparkling clean, and i love the architecture, i stayed 2 nights with my toddler and she loved the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent and the staff are very friendly and nice, they provided children utensils set for breakfast, a very thoughtful gesture and one of the staff gave my baby a balm when they notice my baby is scratching her hand. However, the filter of the air conditioner was broken and hanging open almost fell off, we were shock cause the sound was pretty loud it was during our first night, they sent the technician right away, but that can be very dangerous considering it might fell upon my baby. And the furniture in the room, is not children friendly cause my daughter accidentally pull the drawer and it hits her (she didn't expect it to be that light) and her lips bled, the hotel staff was very thoughtful they sent us a plate full of sweets 😅 even tho i chose not to give it to my toddler (sugar rush can leads to more disaster 😂) i really appreciate this kind gesture, maybe next time you can consider to give a real food instead of sweets, especially for kids, or you will get a headache. The only concern for us is the access, there were no elevator, only stairs from the parking lot, or outdoor access and the golfcar wasn't around when we got back to the hotel, my baby was asleep and going out with baby always came with lots of belongings, its only me any my husband, so we have to carry our stuff and push our stroller through the outdoor area, the access infront of the lobby are not stroller friendly cause it came with lots of rocks and blocks, and thankfully the weather was good, if it's raining, then we are done 😩 My coffee in the room maker also leaked, but overall, i enjoyed my stay here very much. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here."

"A wonderful place and trip. The breakfast is one of the best in Thailand travels. A nice assortment of foods from all regions of Thailand and a couple cheese and Italian meats. Van driver drives too fast while we are enjoying our slow vacation. You can rent a golf cart for 500 baht an hour but need to pick it up at the main suites lobby. Bikes are 200 baht as well. The pools close at 7pm too early. You can visit leaning tower of Piza for free or make a reservation for any cafe or restaurants inside Toscana Valley, no need to stay here. Rooms are spacious and worth it."

"This hotel is lovely. They actually have 5 hotels in total, so when you book, make sure to check carefully what kind of experience you're looking for. If you want more of a city feel, pick the Town Square. If you're after a harbor-side vibe, stay here. And if you want a mountain-side experience, you need to choose Sequesta. I didn't realize when I booked and just chose randomly, haha! The hotel itself is great. Summer must be the low season because it's incredibly hot and there are hardly any people, which is great for taking photos, but you have to be prepared for the heat. The staff are all very friendly and cheerful, always ready to assist. My only minor complaint is that for a hotel at this price point, the breakfast is incredibly mediocre. They have some bread, a few Thai dishes, mostly Western food, and some salads. It sounds like a lot when I type it out, but in reality, it felt very limited, especially considering the ridiculously high price, haha! Maybe I just had very high expectations."

"This is a very new hotel with extremely stylish facilities, especially the unique sky pool with a transparent glass bottom. You can see the ground below while swimming! The bed in the room was incredibly comfortable, making you not want to get up. The night view was also beautiful. The hotel staff were very friendly, and all the drinks and snacks in the room were complimentary, which was great since there are no convenience stores nearby. Just outside the hotel, there are delicious restaurants, including a hot pot place. A short walk further leads to the lovely Hokkaido Garden, which is fantastic for photos and only costs 150 for admission. The breakfast was also rich and tasty. Overall, the hotel's environment is excellent, and I highly recommend experiencing it. I particularly loved the bed, the bathtub, and the surrounding environment and atmosphere. My absolute favorite was the special swimming pool. Walking around the streets, whether in the evening or afternoon, felt very peaceful, with few crowds and wide roads, making it feel very safe. I really love the environment in Khao Yai."

"Stayed there a few times already. Always chill atmosphere. The only issue I have with them is that they still use traditional locks with keys, which is inconvenient to keep a large key ring in a pocket."

"Overall and Pros: Ambiance and Location: The overall ambiance is excellent, very quiet and natural with beautiful views of Khao Yai, perfect for relaxation. Cleanliness and Rooms: The room was clean and comfortable. The bathtub was very spacious with strong water pressure, which was satisfying. There's a golf cart service for convenient transportation within the area. Dinner: The Thai restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices. The staff here were very attentive and provided excellent service. Areas for Improvement / Observations: In-room Facilities: The rain shower head in the bathroom was broken, causing water to spray everywhere and making it unusable. We had to switch to the regular shower hose instead. Breakfast and Service: Breakfast had to be taken at the atta hotel next door. The food selection was quite ordinary and didn't feel worth the price compared to other places. The staff at the breakfast area were not very attentive (unlike the staff elsewhere who provided excellent service). Activities: The accommodation itself is very quiet and peaceful, but there might not be many activities to do."

"Pros: The staff were truly exceptional! Each person we met was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I especially want to highlight the restaurant team, it was a genuine pleasure meeting them every day. The restaurant itself was incredible. Every meal was exquisite, and we tried a wide range of dishes and none of them disappointed. Honestly, I would return just for the dining experience alone. The breakfast was amazing too!  The views were breathtaking, and the location is absolutely stunning. The hotel property is also beautifully designed and visually impressive. It's super silent there so if you are looking to unwind and relax this hotel is perfect.  Cons: I felt the property could benefit from some maintenance and upkeep. The overall design is lovely, but certain areas seemed to need a bit more attention. Cleanliness could be improved as well; there was a noticeable smell in the bathroom and some dust in window corners and on light fixtures. I’m extremely sensitive to dust, so I tend to check these details more closely and clean-up myself everywhere I visit, but the cobwebs and buildup were a bit more than I expected. There weren’t many activities available within the hotel itself, and the pools were unheated which felt unusual given the cooler climate. However, after visiting multiple places in Khao Yai, it seems heated pools may not be common in the area, so this might just be a regional norm rather than a drawback specific to the hotel. Neutral Note: There are quite a few insects around, which is completely understandable considering the natural, forested surroundings. This wasn’t an issue for me, especially since the room had screen doors to help keep insects out, but it may be helpful for future guests to be aware."
