Pros: service is definitely top notch and very attentive to each family and consistently asking for feedback… Housekeeping is everyday and the WhatsApp communicate is a 👍 idea especially for tourist. Food is wonderful as they are served hot and minimise wastage, coffee definitely hit the spot! No crowds at all and the place is really pretty sight with a lot of swans and fishes and bicycles to rent ( probably have some baby seats too) Places are a little far away but buggy service was available. Cons: being a tropical hotel definitely will be expecting some insects but definitely not expecting so much mosquitoes from level 1. Daughter was bitten 4 times for a 2 hours nap and at least in total 5 bites from mosquitoes for each members.. we have feedback several times to the staff and they really do something which we appreciate a lot 🙏 but honestly we hope more can be done on the maintaining the hotel given it is a 5 stars hotel We were given a private pool but it is full of bird shits which we didn’t really expect. Since we r not using the pool and outdoor area, we didn’t feedback. In the end we didn’t use the pool and outdoor area due to the bird shits and mosquitoes. Location is a little far away from some of the known attractions places.. which I missed out during planning Probably need to be prepared with what nature will bring us..

Most impressed with our stay in Movenpick. We loved the large room, the scenic views and the environment that hotel was located. Food and services were as expected and did not disappoint. Kids love this place so we will definitely consider coming back again (esp if there’s cheaper deal). The downside is that we will need to walk outdoors to the main lobby for food etc, so just imagine if it was raining, then everything that’s outdoor wld be an inconvenience. Otherwise, this place is also slightly further than most attractions in Khao Yai, but we just loved the serenity of the environment

The Isaan-style fried rice with stir-fried chicken and vegetables was a standout, and the omelet and grilled pork were equally satisfying. However, I noticed that some food stations were left unattended for a while, leading to items running low. 🫤 Drinks were the real highlight—the Ramayana series cocktail during happy hour was exceptional! Great Service. The room was spacious and cozy. I love the variety of breakfast. My mom and dad really enjoyed it. The scenery here was beautiful surrounded by lakes and big mountains. What a perfect stay!

I would like to say this is the highlight of my trip to Bangkok! Really love the privacy of this place. Wish I could stay longer! Staff very nice and polite. Fast shuttle service to go anywhere. Even rental bike staff also good. I really enjoy my time there. Will definitely come again if I get the chance.

Location is perfect cause it is near all the acttactions.. but a pity there is no gym and the infiniti pool is actually a 8 shape pool and very narrow and shallow, at one glance I thot it is just a water features behind the restaurant ( which make it no privacy for people who would want to take a dip..in fact, I did not see anyone go into the so call infiniti pool during my 4 days of stays.. However, the service is excellent... we have this lady called Wiew who not just speak English ( and a little bit Chinese) who assisted us with all we need. Especially when my husband is down with food poisioning ( cant tell if it is from hotel buffet cause it is one day after we arrived) , she got the kitchen to prepare plain porridge for him and gave us some drink for dehydration...and when we feed back that the aircon is very noisy in our room, she quickly make a check for another room and help us make the switch to a better room.

Sala Khaoyai was a long-awaited visit, and it lived up to the pictures. The atmosphere was fantastic, complemented by the pleasantly chilly weather. The standout infinity pool, surrounded by lush greenery, was a highlight. The chef deserves a special mention – every meal was delicious. Given the remote location, we had most of our meals in the hotel, and it was a satisfying culinary experience. The rooms were superb, making our couple's trip a truly joyful and memorable experience.

Nice hotel and New facilities. This hotel really fit for couples but not family. There's a lot of restriction for child, not allowed for some room type which we need to carefully read the policy and swimming pool at the club is prohibited for children. Breakfast is good taste but small utilization space.

If you like camping and being close to nature, this hotel is very suitable. This trip is with children. Stayed in a tent room with a campervan. The hotel service was very good. As soon as our car arrived at the hotel, the guard at the door had already checked our information and drove us directly to the camp room. Then the hotel staff came immediately to check us in. Be sure to download the hotel app when you check in. All needs can be notified to the hotel through the app. The service of the hotel staff is very good. Everyone is friendly and full of smiles. It is very suitable for families and friends of all ages. Each camp also has a telescope for stargazing. Unfortunately, it rained on the day of check-in and there was no chance to use it. Have a BBQ at the hotel in the evening, and order meals when you check in. You can place an order through the mobile app. For other needs, such as children's bicycles, arranging breakfast delivery to the room, and various needs, you can also contact the hotel through the app. However, since it is a suburban environment, there are really many mosquitoes. You can ask the hotel for mosquito coils. The bathroom and toilet are very clean, and the hotel will also prepare bubble baths. The overall stay experience was good. There is a location outside the hotel restaurant where there are some handicraft activities for children. You can also ride a bicycle at the hotel. About 5 minutes' drive from the hotel is PB Winery. You can take a daytour to visit the winery and have lunch or dinner.
