I recently finished a lovely 4-night stay at Nimman Luxury Private Pool Villa. The property offers wonderful privacy, and the single-level villa layout with direct pool access is incredibly peaceful and comfortable. During our stay, we did encounter a technical issue with the water heating system. The water temperature across our entire room—including the toilet basin and the shower—became extremely hot. Even our private swimming pool water got quite hot instead of the comfortable warm temperature they advertise. Because of this, we had to ask their in-house technical team to come to our villa several times. They were very persistent, tried a few different fixes, and eventually got the entire system completely rectified by the next day. I must say, the staff handled the situation with immense patience, politeness, and care. Their fast, attentive response made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and they made sure we were completely looked after. My only constructive feedback for management is regarding the breakfast buffet. As a guest managing a strict low-carb, diabetic-friendly diet, I found the healthy selections to be very limited. The salad bar has a small selection and lacks basic healthy staples like olive oil or balsamic vinegar, and lean unmarinated proteins are missing. I ended up bringing my own unsweetened soy milk and yogurt to the dining area each morning. Overall, our stay at Nimman Private Luxury Pool Villa was great. The 5-star hospitality, beautiful setting, and excellent service recovery from the staff make it a resort I highly recommend!

I recently stayed at this wonderful resort, and it was a truly relaxing and comfortable experience. The young and friendly staff consistently wore smiles, even as we lingered in the restaurant well past its supposed closing time of 10:30 pm. Their unwavering friendliness left a lasting impression on us. The thoughtful touches included a complimentary afternoon tea with a variety of drinks and snacks, a hand-drawn goodnight note prepared by the staff, and the delightful surprise of a birthday cake. These gestures made us feel truly special. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

Amazing location. Beautiful exterior and interior. The moment we reach toscana, the building can be seen from afar. It seems like the leaning tower of Pisa Italy. Then the parking is plentiful. No need to worry. Just that it is shareable with other visitors of nearby attractions. But I’ve never encounter full parking during my stay. Stepping out of the car, the air is chill. Then we went to lobby and greeted with smiles from receptionist. They’re very helpful and friendly. The check in process is easy. They gave map of nearby places to visit. Of course some places to go nearby to take pictures but not much activity to do. The surrounding place has similar vibes and design as in Italy. Cafes, with water bodies, with amazing food. After check in, the hotel porter assisted to lift our bags from our car at the parking and bring all the way Up to our room. The elevator is quick. Since its only 7 floor. And the hotel is not crowded. Since its 2 units per floor. The room is cosy, clean, spacious, with beautiful views. Amenities are amazing. Comes with coffee machine (capsule type) nescafe brand in the pantry. And premium selections. Mocha, americano, etc. Mineral water and canned drinks are provided and they will come and knock the door to offer top up daily. Snacks available inside room but some have to pay. Breakfast is good with vegetarian options. Overall it’s one of the best hotel for us. Definitely recommended.

We stayed for two nights including breakfast and diner. Everything was very satisfactory. The only suggestion would be that they serve the same menu for our two night dinners. However the restaurant manager was kind enough to let us change the main course on the second day but the starter and the dessert were the same and there were only two choices and not one vegetarian option. Otherwise everything was very good and the staff were super friendly.

Absolutely love this place! There really is no need to leave the premises as they have a wide range of offering. A typical stay can look like this: 1. Lovely breakfast at the restaurant by the pool 2. Take a walk around the grounds of their on-site golf course 3. Drive any of their cute, vintage vehicles 4. Or go back in time and ride a horse instead 5. Chill out at the amazing pool area with fountains, kids section and jacuzzi jets 6. Chill at Trot Cafe, watch, feed or pet farm animals 7. Visit the clubhouse (this we are to try in the next visit) 8. Order some afternoon drinks/snacks in the pool bar 9. Play mini-golf 10. Watch movie night on the big screen by a small pond in front of the Italian restaurant Ohh did i mention they have a golf course, gym, Japanese restaurant. Rooms are lovely as well, set up in a classic European style, and have free mini bar. Each stay is just wonderful. Staff are all friendly. 10/10 for us.

The accommodation was very clean and incredibly peaceful. Going during the low season meant ultimate privacy. The staff were lovely and provided great service. It would be even better if I came during winter; that would be incredibly comfortable. But coming when it's not busy, I truly felt well-rested. I really liked it!

The hotel is nice. Room is very big with massive balcony. Very privacy. Each floor has only 3 rooms. However, I expected better hospitality and service from this hotel based on the price I paid. I arrived 1:30pm, and was told the room was not ready yet which fine for me. However, I came back at 2pm and room was still not done yet. Wasting another 30 mins at the lobby. The room includes free 6 bottles of water but others are chargeable. Additional bottle of water is also chargeable. Again, hotel at this price is just stingy. I also felt all staffs were not really proactive nor attentive. This is my second stay, and I felt the same. Other facilities are ok. The property is very vast. Bicycle for rent is available. Golf club is inside the property. Others were ok, except service and staff attitude need to be improved.

Pros: The staff were truly exceptional! Each person we met was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I especially want to highlight the restaurant team, it was a genuine pleasure meeting them every day. The restaurant itself was incredible. Every meal was exquisite, and we tried a wide range of dishes and none of them disappointed. Honestly, I would return just for the dining experience alone. The breakfast was amazing too!  The views were breathtaking, and the location is absolutely stunning. The hotel property is also beautifully designed and visually impressive. It's super silent there so if you are looking to unwind and relax this hotel is perfect.  Cons: I felt the property could benefit from some maintenance and upkeep. The overall design is lovely, but certain areas seemed to need a bit more attention. Cleanliness could be improved as well; there was a noticeable smell in the bathroom and some dust in window corners and on light fixtures. I’m extremely sensitive to dust, so I tend to check these details more closely and clean-up myself everywhere I visit, but the cobwebs and buildup were a bit more than I expected. There weren’t many activities available within the hotel itself, and the pools were unheated which felt unusual given the cooler climate. However, after visiting multiple places in Khao Yai, it seems heated pools may not be common in the area, so this might just be a regional norm rather than a drawback specific to the hotel. Neutral Note: There are quite a few insects around, which is completely understandable considering the natural, forested surroundings. This wasn’t an issue for me, especially since the room had screen doors to help keep insects out, but it may be helpful for future guests to be aware.

Hotel feels a bit tired already. Room 1110 has problem with rain fall shower head, it will spray out the top and hit the ceiling. Tried one of the two restaurants on site, but was disgusted by all the flies inside the restaurant, there must be 1000 of them. End up eating outside all 3 days, disappointed in this place. Wouldn’t come back.

That was one of my best moments in my life. The service and the staff are really amazing and the decorations is like Europe vibe + vintage vibe. Everything is perfect. I want to suggest to go more than one days to travel every place of hotel. And also for someone who is budget saver, I want to suggest to prepare food or something if you don’t want to take dinner from the hotel. There was no restaurant no taxi and no nothing so prepare before you go. Everything is perfect. I will go next time.
