SSimonLocation: The hotel's location is quite central; a supermarket and convenience store are less than a 5-minute drive away. Ambiance: The hotel has a British theme, with each building named after a British place. There's a lot of greenery around, making for a pleasant walk along the pathways. Facilities: Many facilities are free to use – swimming pool, tennis court, pickleball, bicycles, and morning yoga. Dining: The breakfast selection isn't extensive, just average, and the taste is decent. However, there's a wider variety of beverage options. Service: Every staff member at this hotel is very friendly, and the service is exceptionally attentive. Areas for Improvement: The toilet flush in the room is very weak. Also, as the hotel is a bit older, the rooms lack a central power switch and USB outlets. Overall, the stay was excellent, offering great value for money, and is highly recommended!

I'd suggest combining all four sets into one menu and letting guests choose their preferred items. This would better cater to individual preferences, as there are some things in the current sets that I don't like, and some things I'd like more of but aren't available.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is newly opened, just opened for 4 months. It is not difficult to travel. There are two 7-Elevens near the accommodation. Overall, the room is good, the atmosphere is good, there is a swimming pool and a fitness center. Breakfast is also good with a variety. The staff is lovely and attentive. The hotel has Mont Fleur mineral water to drink all the time. It is very good. On the day I stayed in the morning, there was a slight power outage, but it was across the entire area and the problem was solved quickly. Overall, it is good.

GGuest UserWe stayed for two nights including breakfast and diner. Everything was very satisfactory. The only suggestion would be that they serve the same menu for our two night dinners. However the restaurant manager was kind enough to let us change the main course on the second day but the starter and the dessert were the same and there were only two choices and not one vegetarian option. Otherwise everything was very good and the staff were super friendly.

SSRWNDespite the very hot weather in Khao Yai at the moment, the overall atmosphere is still pleasant. The hotel is beautiful and very spacious, with several new construction areas currently in progress. There is a bicycle rental service available at 100 THB per hour, which is a nice way to enjoy the surroundings. The room cleanliness could still be improved. It was also quite surprising that bath amenities are not set in the room and are only available upon request. On a positive note, the service was excellent across all staff from the GSA and bellman to the security team, everyone was attentive and helpful. The breakfast was also very delicious.

AAlyssa119028Saw the beautiful photos taken by travellers and was attracted to try out. Some villas view are restricted. Breakfast was a little limited in choices. Tried out the spa but experiences were just average. Spa atmosphere was also a little dull. During check-in, the front desk member was very kind to allow us select the room view when our initial room view was very much limited. In-door jacuzzi was available and this was probably the plus point for this trip as the outdoor pool water did not seem good to swim.

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome. The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing with family, although it’s a bit far from main attractions. Overall, a great resort for families looking for comfort, good service, and a calm atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.
