The staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. For breakfast, there's a set menu with a few options. I'd suggest combining all four sets into one menu and letting guests choose their preferred items. This would better cater to individual preferences, as there are some things in the current sets that I don't like, and some things I'd like more of but aren't available.

The hotel is newly opened, just opened for 4 months. It is not difficult to travel. There are two 7-Elevens near the accommodation. Overall, the room is good, the atmosphere is good, there is a swimming pool and a fitness center. Breakfast is also good with a variety. The staff is lovely and attentive. The hotel has Mont Fleur mineral water to drink all the time. It is very good. On the day I stayed in the morning, there was a slight power outage, but it was across the entire area and the problem was solved quickly. Overall, it is good.

We stayed for two nights including breakfast and diner. Everything was very satisfactory. The only suggestion would be that they serve the same menu for our two night dinners. However the restaurant manager was kind enough to let us change the main course on the second day but the starter and the dessert were the same and there were only two choices and not one vegetarian option. Otherwise everything was very good and the staff were super friendly.

I really liked it! Even though the room seemed old, everything was still good; it wasn't dirty or smelly. The staff swept the leaves early in the morning, keeping the garden clean. We went during the Christmas event. We'll definitely go again next year!

A wonderful place and trip. The breakfast is one of the best in Thailand travels. A nice assortment of foods from all regions of Thailand and a couple cheese and Italian meats. Van driver drives too fast while we are enjoying our slow vacation. You can rent a golf cart for 500 baht an hour but need to pick it up at the main suites lobby. Bikes are 200 baht as well. The pools close at 7pm too early. You can visit leaning tower of Piza for free or make a reservation for any cafe or restaurants inside Toscana Valley, no need to stay here. Rooms are spacious and worth it.

Saw the beautiful photos taken by travellers and was attracted to try out. Some villas view are restricted. Breakfast was a little limited in choices. Tried out the spa but experiences were just average. Spa atmosphere was also a little dull. During check-in, the front desk member was very kind to allow us select the room view when our initial room view was very much limited. In-door jacuzzi was available and this was probably the plus point for this trip as the outdoor pool water did not seem good to swim.

I can't think of anything to complain about. Everything was perfect for relaxation, privacy, cleanliness, and the attentiveness of all the staff. I received all of these throughout my three-night stay. It was the best stay I've ever had.

The camper-style accommodation was convenient and comfortable. However, I’d suggest improving the cleanliness of the bedding, as I got a skin rash. When we returned at night after dinner, the security guard was in a deep sleep — it took quite a while to wake him up.

The room was a bit small but not cramped. It was clean inside. The pool was beautiful, the views were great, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided good service. Breakfast was delicious, but if you went late, some items would be gone and replenished slowly. As for the ”Chao Ban” restaurant, the taste was okay and the prices were reasonable. However, the problem with both Chao Ban and the breakfast restaurant was the number of flies. It's a concern for hygiene. It would be much better if there were a fly repellent device at each table (I've seen other restaurants do this) or placed along the breakfast buffet line.
