Every part of the hotel is designed around vehicles and is very well thought out. They have a shinjuku expressway bus that comes right outside the hotel to shinjuku which is very handy if you have travelled via public transport. Views from the hotel are amazing. Gym is open 24 hours which is was great. Everything felt new. Interior design was very classy and modern."

Pros: The hotel's location is quite good, just a 7-8 minute walk from Gotemba station. You can easily reach Gotemba from Tokyo via the JR line. Plus, there's a free shuttle bus to the outlet mall that runs every 15 minutes. Cons: To visit Lake Kawaguchiko and Lake Yamanakako, you need to take what feels like a dedicated tourist bus. While convenient, the one-way trip takes over an hour, and the fare is 90 RMB per person. Another point is that Ctrip listed its opening year as 2025, but it seems to be either a renovation or a re-branded property, as the room interior clearly shows signs of age and wear."
