"The room was tiny and there was almost no room to stand on. Before I got up after 8 o'clock in the morning, a waiter knocked on the door and asked if I wanted to clean it. This was the first time that this happened to me while staying in a hotel. In addition, I was deducted 5,000 yuan from another room because of smoking, which made me feel completely unhappy. I was worried that a huge amount of money would be deducted when I couldn't find the room card. Fortunately, I found it later. In short, it affects my mood very much and the check-in experience is very poor."

"We have been received by Tatiana in order to check in and what a lovely person. She was so nice to explain us everything about the appartment and the location. The appartment is super well located really near the port and walking distance to the Opera and Munch museum. You have everything around the corner and its lovely to walk in this neighborhood. For the place you have everything inside, its super clean super comfortable and so beautifully decorated. If you stay in Oslo its a must book place"
