Very bad experience for this apartment. The customer service response was too slow. I booked a stay for 6 consecutive nights, but no one came to clean the room. It took several back-and-forth emails just to arrange cleaning on the 6th day, but I had already checked out by then—completely useless. The room was fantastic. It was my first time using the fully self-service check-in system, which was quite convenient. We arrived early and were able to check in early, which was very nice. The hotel is a bit out of the way, on an elevated road, so opening the windows can be quite noisy, but Japanese windows are generally quite soundproof.

① Accommodation is charged per person. I only looked at the number of beds at the time and didn't pay attention to the number of people. I had to pay extra later, which was around 900 per night, enough for a hotel. ② It's incredibly far from the subway. 20 minutes is too far, and I couldn't stand the scorching sun. ③ It's far from the crowds, but I didn't expect there's an overpass next door, which was so noisy that I couldn't sleep all night. ④ It's also far from convenience stores. It's dark at night, and there's a building nearby that's full of Southeast Asians, which didn't feel very safe. ④ There was a smell of toilets when I first moved in, and I had to run the air conditioner all the time to dissipate it. ⑤ There was no service, it was all self-service, and the hygiene was so-so.

The room is bigger than an average apartment, but there was a body odor on my first day, and I don't know why! The smell faded a lot in the next few days. But no one cleaned the room for 4 days, and they only came to collect the garbage once in the middle, and they didn't change the bath towels. Check-in and check-out are self-service, and I couldn't find a waiter. The subway station is really far, 15-20 minutes away. The Xiyangqiu subway station, when you turn the corner, is a row of cemeteries, which is creepy at night. Overall, it's average

The hotel is very satisfactory. It is very spacious. It is a little noisy in the morning because of the elevated road next to it. The overall feeling is very good. Shinsaibashi and Tsutenkaku are a 15-minute walk away. Kuromon Market is right next to it and it takes 10 minutes to walk by subway.

Apartment-style hotel, check-in was done through the hotel APP according to the instructions in the email, which was very simple. The hotel is not far from the various subway stations, about 15 minutes walk. But I have to say that the room is really big, well decorated, and fully equipped, even with a washing machine. The WiFi is not very stable, but fortunately the data card is basically enough. I forgot to take pictures, the room is basically the same as the promotional picture.
