There are roadworks outside the hotel when visiting in June. If there’s an information to guests in advance, it’ll be better for them to get the better ways (especially with heavy luggages) to arrive. The room and public spaces are clean and the laundry room is available which’s really convenient for traveling longer. The only complaint is that the beers stored in fridge are stolen.

Excellent! New and clean! Very conveniently located hotel as the subway just right downstairs with many shops, supermarkets, and shops around. Easy to check-in/out and quiet during the night which is very important for me to sleep thru.

Everything so perfect!!! hotel staff was so nice and friendly. The room was so clean and very good location, just about 3 tram stations (5mins) to the heart of helsinki! there is lidl and 24hr supermarket closeby about 3mins walk! recommended!!

Very clean room and linens, quiet environment, convenient locations to downtown (if you don't mind 15 to 20 mins walk). There are many bars and restaurants nearby, and the prices are a bit cheaper than downtown(full of tourists). We are very pleased staying here.

It is close to the metro and makes the trip very convenient. But it doesn't have shampoo and body wash.

The room was not too big but we didn’t have any big luggage so it was fine, and it was nice too. However, we discovered a black gel nail on the bathroom floor, but since the floor pattern was stone with black, white and grey, so it is understandable that the room attendant missed that spot.

Highly recommended! Especially because the self-service check-in machine could not find my reservation, so I asked the service staff in the office next to me for help. He enthusiastically accompanied me to the machine to operate it, and finally helped me check in manually. Thank you so much! The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. The location is very close to the station and there are two supermarkets next to it. The hotel itself is uphill, so you might want to be careful if you have a lot of luggage.

The hotel is close to the railway station and has many public facilities. What is worthy of praise is the common area next to the hotel's underground lobby, which is equipped with microwaves, tableware, refrigerators, and hot water. The hotel service and staff attitude are very good. The room has plenty of space and the bathroom is good.

I didn't know that the road behind the hotel was under construction, so I had a hard time dragging my suitcase up there, covered in dust, so my first impression was not good. The hotel itself is satisfactory Location, facilities, staff attitude and atmosphere were all good.

Check-in and check-out are done by self-service at the lobby machine. Enter the order number and the room card will be issued. There is a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and coffee machine in the lobby. The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. If necessary, you can find a staff in the duty room.

It’s very convenient to get to Helsinki’s attractions and the staff is very friendly.
