Modern hotel with self check in and check out. Safety luggage storage room.

Wonderful place for a stay!

The location of the hotel is near all tram and metro. And hotel is new and clean.nearby hotel have 24hour supermarket.

it’s fuss free and has everything you need - microwave, fridge, utensils, laundry and even a vending machine. there is also a supermarket that runs 24/7 so that’s definitely a perk. great stay

Nice hotel and great location

Love the common area, can wait for check in if you arrive early, luggage storage available if arrive early as well. Location of hotel has direct bus from the airport, one metro stop to Helsinki University and the city center. Room is clean and amenities quite new. Private bathroom.Overall very happy - great value for money.

I Would recommend everyone to stay at this hotel. Affordable price with great location, very clean and easy to check in/ check out. Everything is good 👍

There are roadworks outside the hotel when visiting in June. If there’s an information to guests in advance, it’ll be better for them to get the better ways (especially with heavy luggages) to arrive. The room and public spaces are clean and the laundry room is available which’s really convenient for traveling longer. The only complaint is that the beers stored in fridge are stolen.

Excellent! New and clean! Very conveniently located hotel as the subway just right downstairs with many shops, supermarkets, and shops around. Easy to check-in/out and quiet during the night which is very important for me to sleep thru.

Everything so perfect!!! hotel staff was so nice and friendly. The room was so clean and very good location, just about 3 tram stations (5mins) to the heart of helsinki! there is lidl and 24hr supermarket closeby about 3mins walk! recommended!!

Great hotel. Super clean and efficient. You have everything you need-microwave, fridge, kettle. Oh well, if you are Gen X and above,you will enjoy this place. Self check in n out. Minimal style but I have to say it again..very very clean n efficient. You can check in n out through machine so no wait. You can buy your food n eat there anytime you want. Some nice restaurants also locate nearby. But we love the cost vibe of the hotel. Staffs are very friendly as well. They actually work hard to keep the hotel clean n meet all customer needs. The hotel is very close to Hakaniemi market.lots of nice food there. Also,S market n K market if you want to buy some ready to eat meal at the hotel. So,I highly recommend Citybox Helsinki for everyone !

Basically a self-service hotel , hotel is new and clean , typically business hotel. Not much to complain exclude it is a bit far away from city center.
