Very new and modern! The hotel offers automated check-in, check-out, and luggage storage. On the ground floor, there’s a well-equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a small library, and a play area for children. Staff are also available in the office if you need assistance. Highly recommended!

My friend told me this is an art district where many artists reside, so there are plenty of famous local bars, cafes, and vintage shops to explore. It's also very convenient; a supermarket and subway station are right outside, and within a 5-minute walk, there's a 24-hour supermarket and a McDonald's. The room is clean and minimalist, and the service is excellent. They also offer self-service laundry, and you can use the fridge, microwave, and dining utensils.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, very close to the subway station. There's also a pharmacy and supermarket within 200 meters, which pretty much covers all your travel needs.

Just under 2km into central Helsinki this hotel offers basic accommodation. There is a lounge and table tennis facility on the main floor. But don’t expect TVs or Kettles in your room. The rooms are clean and comfortable but if you’re booking though any of the non affiliated apps you will not get any of the perks (early check in, late check out or potential upgrades).

The location is fantastic, about 200 meters from the subway station, and only two stops from Helsinki Central Station. The self-service check-in was very convenient with an English interface, and there's also customer service on the first floor. Both check-in and check-out were seamless. The room was very clean; we booked a family room, which was a bit small for two families but still adequate. On the first floor, there's an open kitchen, coffee machine, water dispenser, dishwasher, laundry room, shared desks, and a dining area, so you can easily prepare your own food. The price is also very good value for money in Helsinki. About 300 meters downhill from the hotel, there's a large supermarket and a lake, and the surroundings are beautiful. I even went for a run by the lake on the first morning – it was very chill.

Check-in was super easy; I just entered my details into the machine and got my room card. Check-out was even quicker, done in literally two seconds. The room itself was great – well-equipped, and I appreciate that it was both eco-friendly and comfortable. Definitely good value for money, and it's not far from the city center attractions either.

Although it's a bit far from the city center, the location is unbeatable. The subway station and a convenience store are right downstairs. If you're here, you'll most likely be using a public transport card, and all the tram, bus, and subway stops are right there as soon as you step out. Every day, I'd go down to the park by the lake for a walk and take some photos of the local scenery. Prices in Finland can be a bit high, but the lobby at this location offers a microwave, dishwashing utensils, and dining supplies. Many people specifically buy groceries from the supermarket and come back to heat them up and eat them here. I did the same one day, and it worked out to be much more cost-effective. The prerequisite for convenience when staying here is to purchase a public transport card.

Good central location, but very limited facilities. I was in Finland and expected at least a sauna like most hotels here — but there isn’t one. The rooms are quite bare, with no TV or couch, and the common area feels small considering the number of rooms. On the positive side, everything was very clean, and the location is excellent for getting around the city. Overall, it’s fine if you just need a reasonably priced place to sleep, but don’t expect much beyond that.

Whenever I travel to the Nordic countries, I always prefer to stay at Citybox hotels. I love their integrated, minimalist design, the self-service check-in and check-out, and the fact that there's a separate card for luggage storage. Plus, they're usually located right in the city center, which makes visiting attractions incredibly convenient.

There was a pretty big stain on one of the towels 😟, but everything else was perfect.
