"Service was good espc front desk. However, our room has dented walls, pet fur, plus toilet bowl was shaking when sat on it. As we had a packed schedule, there was no time to feedback to reception. Bathoom door was old and peeling. Forgot to take pics as verification. Rooms needed refurbished. Was staying in Rm 809 for 2 nites."
