"New hotel. Excellent location, centrally located. The decor is elegant. The room is spacious and has windows that can be opened. The large bed is comfortable. There are indoor hot springs on ground floor, but no outdoor hot springs. Large parking lot, parking is very convenient. Staff service is top notch. Breakfast is average but enough."

"The owners were very genuine and kind. Although they could not speak English, they really made sure we had everything we needed. Very traditional Japanese ryokan experience. The place is a little old but super clean and cute. Beautiful mountainview from the room. Would really recommend! Arigato gozaimasu."

"We hadn't made a reservation for the parking lot in advance, but they went out of their way to accommodate us, especially since we had children and had to leave early the next day. They also upgraded our room, and we had a very comfortable stay. The staff were so helpful, and even though we had a lot of heavy luggage, they went back and forth to carry it for us, gave our children some snacks, and were extremely considerate. I'd like to use them again if I'm in the area!"
