"The room was comfortable. The environment was quiet which was very helpful for last minute revision before proceeding to an exam the following day. The staff were pleasant and helpful."
"Room was adequate and service was fine. Shame they don’t supply basics in the room such as bottled water. For the cost you would think that would have been provided
Quite basic for cost. Tea coffee supplied no extras though like biscuits etc"
"Stayed in room 26 last night ( 17th July ) and woke up this with bites / stings on my arms and legs. Made reception aware this morning so hopefully this will be addressed. Regularly stay in hotels through work and have done for the last 4 years this is by far the worst stay and experience I have had. Avoid this place if at all possible ."

"The hotel is in a lovely location by the marina. It's big, and the rooms are clean and quiet. The best thing about my stay was the staff. Everyone I interacted with, from receptionists, to restaurant staff, to cleaners, were all absolutely lovely."

Amazing
GGuest UserMy friend and I booked this hotel for one night's stay with breakfast included. Travelling down from Yorkshire, we had tickets for the Women’s Rugby World Cup to watch England and Delta's location was convenient for Northampton's Cinch Stadium.
We've not stayed at this particular Marriott establishment before but the price was reasonable and the reviews appeared positive.
We cannot fault the place; it was absolutely perfect!
The staff were all so welcoming, especially the gentleman on reception. Friendly, pleasant, helpful and engaging, offering advice and information on the surrounding areas; nothing was too much trouble.
The hotel was spotlessly clean and that included our spacious twin room. Fittings and furnishings were of a very good standard and the beds were extremely comfortable. There's a nice ambience and our short stay was very relaxed and peaceful.
We had breakfast on site, at the Cast Iron Grill and it was delicious with so much variety. There's also the ”Grab and Go” food station, in the lobby with snacks and drinks available 24/7.
Despite the hotel being near the M1, the surrounding area is beautiful and picturesque, surrounded by fields with a nearby lake; it's ideal for a leisurely walk.
There's also ample car parking on site, which is complimentary.
Overall, an excellent experience and we highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.
GGuest UserLocation was great as a stopover overnight hotel as it was right by M1. Only annoying thing was it took 3 attempts to get a working key card to open the room door. Reception accompanied me to the room on the third attempt. Not good after a long drive and all you wanted was to get into the room and sleep.
GGuest UserGreat accommodation, it’s was exactly advertised.
The food was excellent we experienced the evening menu which was fabulous with lots of choice. Again breakfast was fabulous and the service was outstanding at all points of our stay.
Well done and thank you to everyone
GGuest UserParking is not clearly advertised as an extra £8 and I booked with trip which should include a free upgrade if available. Hotel seemed very quiet on a Sunday night but no upgrade offered or referred to. Ir the 20% discount in good and drinks I was entitled to was not mentioned either. The rooms are nice but the surprise fee for parking and no complimentary upgrade when applicable and available was disappointing as was the mechanical approach if the receptionist at check in.
GGuest UserThis Hotel is in a good location, with walks around and close to Olney and Northampton.
The staff are lovely and the Spa is really good!
However, on Trip.com the hotel is advertising a picture of a pool. This pool does not exist. Please advise the hotel to that this down.
Overall, a nice place to stay for a few days!!
GGuest UserRoom was spacious and clean, but very basic. Decor, carpet, and wardrobe were outdated. Toilet flush was faulty. No slippers, fridge, water bottles, or sink. Only an electric kettle with instant coffee. Minimal bedding provided.
JJohnRoom clean and facilities ok for price. Just not much external lighting when trying to find the room in the dark.
Also could do with updating heating systems as does make continuous noises. Not the best of night sleep
HHumayun arifI recently stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham Watford Gap and had a comfortable experience. The highlight of my stay was the reception staff, especially one gentleman who was incredibly polite and helpful. He made the check-in process smooth and ensured all my needs were met.
The room was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant night’s stay. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it an ideal stop during my journey.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent service and a peaceful stay. I’ll definitely consider staying here again in the future.
GGuest UserThe travel lodge at Wooton was on the outskirts of the town near the m1 motorway
The decor is very run down a side door with broken glass and a ****y path greets you on your approach from the car park.
The room was comfortable the bed very comfortable. Shower was fine coffee tea avaliable in room.
We arrived at 2.00am but not a problem as a lovely girl called Monique I believe sorted us out on arrival letting us use her mobile phone as we had a problem to sort out. Her warm welcome was very much appreciated
I asked for an ironing board and iron in the morning again no problem from another female member of staff.
Stayed two nights and again was helped by the male receptionist to order a taxi which to Luton Airport had to be booked over the phone this gentleman made the call through his phone.
The Toby restaurant annexed to the hotel was also in need of decor refresh bathrooms particularly bad smell.
Only instant coffee available with water from an old boiler type of thing really out dated. Should be made clearer that you have to order from the bar section and pay in advance before going to get your breakfast.!!!
Overall OK for the money staff excellent let down by the decor and in need of a cleaning modern upgrade. Location would require a car as about 5 miles from northampton Town centre
