Less crowded compare to Hirafu. Quite location. Good for onsen and ski. Shuttle bus runs every 50-60min. There’s a ski rentals at the hotel. Recommended

Great hotel with Onsen and live music every night. Ping pong and pool tables. A workout room. Great all you can eat breakfast that rotates offerings every morning. I would stay again.

Stayed for 2 nights for a snowboard trip. Free hotel shuttle to 2 ski areas was essential. Buffet breakfast was excellent along with the forest views. The dinner buffet was a good alternative to travelling to the dining spots in the centre of Niseko. Hotel staff were very helpful in advising on transport options in view of a blizzard, and provided regular updates on the situation. Would recommend!

Very old and not clean and very small and ski is not good. We have to drive to another ski to play and we are disappointed

Second time to this hotel as we really love our stay during our first trip to Niseko. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Even though it’s not a ski-to-door hotel, shuttle service was provided to a few of the nearby ski place. They also offer shuttle service to Kutchan or Niseko train station, and getting to the hotel from the airport is really convenient via the Hokkaido Resort Liner.

Came here during a wrong timing. The place we’re prepare for winter session. Nothing much to do except stay in hotel for the hot spring. Overall the hotel is ok :)

Incredible experience

It is beyond imagination. Next time I come to Niseko, I will still choose Ganlu Forest. The facilities, services, hygiene and catering of Treasure Hotel reflect humanized services everywhere.

This is an old Japanese-style hotel. The service is warm and thoughtful. The best thing is the dinner, which is impeccable. The appetizer, main course, and soup are different every night. The menu is also very high-end. The atmosphere is full of snow outside the large floor-to-ceiling glass. If you book this hotel, you must include dinner. The deluxe Japanese-style room is much larger than the superior Japanese-style room, one is 40 square meters and the other is 80 square meters; there is a small concert in the lobby every night. The humanistic environment of the hotel makes up for the shortcomings of the slightly outdated facilities of the old hotel; if you want to experience a pure Japanese-style hotel, Ganlu Forest is a good choice.

Stayed for two nights, the first night was a twin room, the second night was a tatami + twin room, the room was clean and tidy, there was a kelp hot spring, the breakfast was varied, the snow scenery was beautiful, although the facilities were a bit old, the service was very good, there was a bus to the Annupuri ski resort, there was ski equipment rental in the hotel, which was very convenient, and they had a lot of locals and foreigners staying, and there were evening performances. Worth recommending～～～

The food in this hotel is really delicious. The room is not bad, but the food is really delicious. Very satisfying food. It is quite convenient for 🎿. But in terms of cost performance, it is average. Overall, I am satisfied

I have come to this hotel to ski every Christmas since 2017, and this year is the first time after the epidemic. The hotel has updated some of its equipment and ski equipment, which is not bad. But! The service has changed 360 degrees! First of all, we went out skiing at 9 o'clock in the morning on the first day and returned at noon. The cleaning service was also scheduled one day in advance. As a result, as soon as I entered the door, there was this scene. The quilts and sheets that I folded neatly before departure were all spread out and even thrown on the ground. The coffee cup was thrown directly into the pool, the bath towel was thrown at the door of the toilet, and the trash can lid was opened and thrown randomly. The most disgusting thing is that the historical bloodstains left by previous guests were all turned out and shown to me🙄 Secondly, my Lululemon yoga pants are worth 980, and my husband's turtleneck sweater is worth 500. They were placed in the bathing basket and were also taken away by the cleaning staff together with the bath towel. I didn't want to complain at first, but now I am lying on the bed in Otaru Hotel and I am getting more and more angry. It's too much. I spent a total of about 10,000 in this hotel, and it was this service. Even the previous bathing agent and cold drinks in the refrigerator are gone.
