Dinner and breakfast buffet was nice. Hot spring was quiet and on the hot side, it also came with a near ice plunge pool which was great. 3rd and 4th floor of the hotel is currently under renovation, but does not impact any of the amenities. Hotel room is dated and the well worned carpet does make the room "feel" less clean. The air-conditioning in the room was a bit annoying as it cycled on/off every minute. That said, bed was comfortable and family slept well, breakfast and dinner was filling and the hot spring facilities were relaxing.

There is live music performance at night at 7:30p.m. to 8:30p.m. Nice to wind down after onsen. Nearby restaurant genghiskhan is also very good.

Size for its economy twin room is still ok, not too small. Heater and Wi-Fi work well. Enough electric sockets to use. Huge window, but got to be careful of the air vent below it, things can drop inside accidentally. Great dinner with mixture of set meals and buffet dishes. Breakfast is all buffet. Free ample parking. Generally all the staff are very friendly. Enjoyed its big hot spring and sauna. As there's not many guests around, the experience is a lot better. Convenience store is quite a distance away from the hotel, but there's a small shop at its lobby.

Good hotel with a wonderful onsen and great live music in the lobby on the first floor in the evenings. A big plus is also the shuttle service to the mountain (for those who ski).

Location is a little bit away from the ski lifts but they do have a shuttle bus although I wish there were more bus timings. Staff were friendly and helpful although not all speak English. Buffet breakfast was nice. We tried the dinner on two nights and they were quite similar. Dinner was a bit on the expensive side so would not recommend eating there mutiple nights in a row due to the lack of variety. There is a small course section to the dinner and then a buffet but I’d prefer more of a kaiseki style course with quality over quantity. Absolutely loved the live music every night from 7:39-8:30pm. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a bus that stops outside the hotel for travellers taking the coach from the airport/sapporo. The local bus to the train station also stops outside. Onsen was a bit too hot for my liking but it was a nice size.

The cleanliness was just okay, not exceptionally good, because I stayed for 5 days and the room wasn't cleaned once. The facilities weren't great, but it offered pretty good value for money. The location is quite remote, and it's inconvenient without a car.

Location is good for snowboarding in Annupuri Ski resort. The hot spring or Onsen is also great! The staff member are really helpful and kind. However the room had a bad Oder, when we requested to change rooms, we found all rooms has bad Oder…. Which is troubling… All the faculties except onsen needs payment. NOT FREE. The food is okay… not recommended if you don’t eat Pork. Most of the dishes are cold or room temperatureat best. The tea is amazing tho.
