"The hotel really needs to be renovated, everything is outdated. We didn't really notice the cleaning. We stayed for only 3 days. The beach itself and the location are great, the sea is beautiful. There are no cafes nearby, but the prices in the hotel restaurant are reasonable, and the dishes are large. Opposite, across the road, there is a store, there is almost everything you need. And there is a massage there, we really liked it. To the right of the store, they make delicious strong coffee. In general, it is worth going to this hotel only for the sea, it is wonderful 🫰🏻"

"Great hotel! We are very glad that we came here from Nha Trang. It is quiet, beautiful, the gardens are well-kept, the sound of the sea, wonderful breakfasts! We chose a simple room for two, we had a small terrace. A big plus is that we were checked into the room before 14.00 (we arrived around 12.00). We were brought a compliment from the hotel, there were fruits in the room. Also, every evening we were pleased with muffins and extra water). Breakfasts are excellent! Large selection of dishes (special thanks for the waffles - very tasty!). The staff is polite, speaks poor English, as we do, in fact, but are always ready to help. Weak wi-fi in the room, it was difficult to work remotely. Better wi-fi was near the pool and restaurant. Cleaning every day, towels, floor, garbage - everything was cleaned. The pool is deep, from 1.7 m to 1 deep, the sun loungers are clean, there are towels on each. There is nothing to eat near the area, except for a couple of cafes. The restaurant has a choice of dishes, as well as room service until 21:00. A wonderful hotel, I hope to see you again♥️"

"Although the hotel is located in Ninh Van Bay, the water quality is not good The hotel rooms are OK, but the infrastructure is not well done. In the morning, I saw renovation workers everywhere, as if they were building new villas. (But this hotel has been open for many years, and the new villa is being built next to our room, not in a new area) The construction noise in the hotel is loud, and we are lucky to rest, and there are many workers, which seems unsafe (the key is that the hotel room cannot be locked) The hotel soundproofing is very poor. At 11 o'clock in the evening, the next room was playing DJ and having a party. I almost collapsed. Although I complained and it was improved, the subsequent housekeeper did not follow up and did not give feedback. I feel that the management is still a little bit lacking. The hotel is very primitive, and you can see many wild animals, but there are also many mosquitoes. The meals are relatively expensive, and there is only one restaurant The speedboat is shabby."

"This is our favorite hotel, we have stayed there for the 3rd time. Everything is great here, from the staff to the territory. The rooms are clean, cozy, with modern equipment and furniture. The restaurant menu has added dishes with seafood and chicken, we often ordered food to the room, everything was deliciously cooked and fresh. There is a lot of greenery and flowers on the hotel grounds, the air is magical) There is also a mini zoo. A large, clean pool, it is cleaned every morning, as is the beach area with white sand. We really hope that we will return to this hotel more than once."

"My Birthday Present got stolen!!! My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days (5/12/24 to 5/14/24) to celebrate my birthday. We got 2 villas, my husband and I stayed in #29 and my friends in #30. Everything went perfect; foods, services and the views was remarkable except it is very hotttt they need more A/C. However, everything is ruinned because my Jellycat Keychain got stolen on the night of 13th. It was not really valueable item but I cant stand for stealing. I cant imagine this happening in a 5-Stars Resort. My husband yelled at me and said nobody gonna steal an unvalueable item and he also explained that if someone wanna steal they gonna steal something more valueable such as watch, purse, etc. He calmed me down and we decieded to find it again. After 2 hours searching the villa and we couldnt see it. We contacted Thao (our host) and she could not do anything. She said that their housekeeping have been in this industry for years and this never happen before. So, are they trying to say that we are lying about the keychain which cost only $30??? I know this aint gonna go anywhere or got resolved because they will Never-Ever admit that they steal it. I just wanna leave this review to get others attention and protect your items at all cost. Thanks"

"For a resort hotel, it is very well done, with great views and great service. It is worth mentioning that the food was beyond expectation. It was also very quiet to sleep at night. 90% of the service staff were very professional. Except for the housekeeper, who was a bit hard to describe. The massage was also very good value, and the technique was very good. Recommended"
