"The room was clean and large, the amenities are ok if a bit dated.
Some cons: there was a hidden $20 “resort fee” that is charged as part of your holding deposit that is not refunded.
Each time you enter the hotel you have to cross the ****** floor and potentially produce ID.
There isn’t much nearby in the way of shops, restaurants, etc.
They even charge you for bottled water, so best to bring your own or get some from 7/11."
"The room is of good size, clean and ok, and the breakfast in the executive lounge is nice.
The hotel is very close to the waterfall, about 5 minutes walk, and there is a small casino opposite, which has Koi"
"I used it during my business trip and I was able to spend the perfect day on my business trip. I plan to use it again on my next business trip and thank you for your excellent service."
"Location: Although the location is great as this hotel is very close to the visitor center. But at night the area around the hotel is very dark and seems unsafe.
Front Desk: A little too preoccupied with process and not really great at communication. We had booked a room with two queen beds online and paid in advance. At the hotel we requested if the same can be changed to one king size bed - the receptionist foolishly changed the room to one queen bed room !!
Restaurant: Great staff, very helpful and inviting and always ready to explain even the most basic things to foreigner like myself.
Cleanliness: Great Job !!"
"The hotel's picture shows a highrise, but the hotel itself only takes fl 1-6. If you do not get the 6th floor, you will either get the view of the town or the back side of the quality inn bldg. You can use the elevator to the 18th fl and walk 1 fl up to have a birdeye view of the falls. Breakfast has to be preordered."
"The landlord’s wife did a good breakfast, the room was very beautiful, the door lock was a bit old, and it was a bit far from the Great Waterfall, so it was fine to drive."

Very Good
JJLLWongRoom was clean and hotel put us on higher floor so we got a better view. Small coffee maker in the room. Double beds in room are comfortable. The drainage in our bath room was not working well, after informing the front desk, they sent their maintenance staff Rafael to check within minutes. A very short walk to the falls and linked way over to Canada. There is a tourist information counter on ground floor and saw some tourists engaged guides for their day out. Very simple breakfast served from 7am - 10am but good enough for my family. Have free coffee and hot water dispenser on ground floor available for guests. Overall a satisfying stay.
PPangpang23Excellent location, within walking distance to the waterfall. Very convenient hotel. The gym is also very good. It is in the basement. The configuration is reasonable. However, there are ants in the room. The biscuits provided by the hotel were full of ants after one night. I felt very uncomfortable.
GGuest UserCheck in was poor, the staff is poorly trained. Despite having a fully paid up booking my card was debited $87, for which they had no answer except apologising.
They said they’ll looking into the matter but can’t do anything for now. They didn’t issue me a credit note for the amount charged.
There was no wifi in the entire hotel during our entire stay , for which they could again only apologise 😡. They couldn’t get it up in 48 hours!
Breakfast was served with a frown,no smiling faces, except Mr Liberta who was helpful and courteous.
They couldn’t serve plain hot milk and gave unripe fruits ( oranges and bananas) during breakfast .
AAnnagel OlgaThe location is great, close to niagara falls, cafes and casinos. The room was clean except for the sink, which didn't let water in, and the closet with the ironing board, which hadn't been dusted for a long time. The pool is very small for such a big hotel. We did not like the breakfast, there was little food, at the next table, the family did not get breakfast and the manager said that nothing to do with that, it was strange for a Hyatt hotel.
NNicoleI came during the epidemic, so there is no cleaning service, but the hotel is very new, the corridor is very beautiful, there is a Starbucks on the first floor, but it is closed because of the epidemic. It is very close to the waterfall. It is a three-minute drive. The hotel has a free parking lot. Parking at the waterfall is $10 each. Haven't eaten the hotel breakfast. The room I stayed in was very large. It was a corner room with two large floor-to-ceiling windows. However, because the hotel is relatively short, there are only three or four floors with average views. The overall hygiene is quite good, that is, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel or something is not disposable, it is the kind of three bottles filled with a lot of liquid.
GGuest UserGood location! It's walking distance to Niagara Falls State Park about 6 min. The room was big enough, a little outdated room but the bed was great and comfortable. It's perfect place if you are looking for an affordable room just for sleep. Generally, hotels in NY side of Niagara Falls are outdated to compare to Canadian side. I am satisfied with this stay!
XXiaoxiaosouThe room is sealed and the air circulation is by air conditioning. The facilities are old and the air conditioning is very noisy. It is so noisy that you can't sleep when it is turned on, and it feels stuffy when it is turned off. The floor does not feel very clean.
DDANJINGThe family drove to Niagara Falls to play in the hotel near the waterfall. The hotel is opened by Indians. It is obvious that there are more guests in India and Pakistan, and breakfast can still be full. There are bread, milk, yogurt, eggs and homemade waffle cake. The hotel room is also relatively large, the double bed is also large, the sanitary conditions are OK, and it is more convenient to drive from the waterfall for seven or eight minutes. There is an Italian restaurant near the hotel, and it is convenient to eat. It is still possible from the price/performance ratio.
GGuest UserThe room is OK, a standard room with a sofa, no suite space, some distance from the waterfall, probably in a residential area, a decent hotel, the included breakfast is very important, standard gourmet meal, tastes good.
