We arrived at the hotel at 09:00 and despite the fact that according to the hotel rules check-in is only from 14:00, we were checked in immediately. From the doorway they offered cold water and fruit. I wish the owners prosperity in business!"

"A haven for my soul !!! I accidentally discovered Va Riverside Retreat, and it turned out to be a hidden haven along the peaceful Huong River. The scenery here is simply serene—watching the golden sunset reflected on the water and waking up to the sound of birds at dawn felt like stepping into another world. Besides relaxing in the refreshing pool, I also had the chance to try paddle boarding on the river. One of the most unique moments was listening to the mystical melodies of the Hầu Đồng ceremonies drifting across from Hon Chen Temple—a truly authentic touch of Vietnamese culture. The local breakfast was delicious, simple yet full of flavor, and made the mornings even more memorable. What stood out the most was the staff—they welcomed me like family, making me feel at home even though I was far away from mine. If you’re looking for more than just a stay, but an experience that touches both your senses and soul, I highly recommend coming here. Discover it as I did, and perhaps you’ll enjoy it even more than I did."

"Completed the 4-day-3-night vacation in Hue with the rain washing away the sunny sky and the sadness hahahaha, if you go in December, it's a cold drizzle in Hue, more poetic than going now with heavy rain, it's so annoying hahah, the hotel is clean, fully equipped, the owners are super enthusiastic and kind, in general 100 points, the price is also reasonable, full services from laundry, motorbike rental, everything is available, please support everyone, I originally planned to rent a motorbike from the airport so I didn't rent at the homestay, in the end I still took a taxi but I was shy so I was lazy to cancel haha"

"Everything is wonderful, the administrator is very friendly and positive, location in 10-15 minutes from the center, with a beautiful view, next to there are cafes and shops, on the villa itself there is a common kitchen and a recreation area, I recommend for quiet quiet family recreation"

"I found home 3/5 star. The location is quite convenient and the staff is polite and support is okay. The room is clean but the facilities are not really outstanding. Some services are not as expected, especially the waiting time when check-in is a bit long. Overall, the experience is okay, suitable for those who need basic accommodation but still many hotel points can improve to be better."

"We loved staying at Lumiere. Very modern and they were wonderful when we realised we had left our passports in the house after we had checked out. Very helpful. One downside was the pin numbers to get into each bedroom. We had to leave the doors ajar so that we could get into our children's room at night. Also the house didn't have very hot water so the big beautiful bath wasn't as lovely and warm as I could have been. The master bedroom was so luxurious. Overall we loved our time here. Will be back if we visit Hue again!"

"Khách sạn trang bị thiết bị đầy đủ và rất mới. Bố trí phòng tốt nên mặc dù diện tích nhỏ nên phòng vẫn không quá chật. Điểm cộng lớn nhất là nhân viên rất dễ thương và nhiệt tình. Vị trí cũng rất tốt gần chợ Đông Ba và sông Hương. Có thể qua kinh thành rất nhanh. Vị trí mặt tiền đường dễ tìm. Có đầy đủ phòng gym và bar. Phòng thiết kế mở với kính lớn tuy nhiên view phòng ngủ và phòng tắm lại trực diện với khách sạn kế bên nên rất thiếu riêng tư. Đồ ăn sáng đầy đủ các món âu á tuy nhiên không quá xuất sắc. Điểm yếu lớn nhất là giường kích thước nhỏ dài tầm 2m nên có thể quá ngắn so với một số người. Bể bơi cũng nhỏ đủ ngâm mình. Overall thì trải nghiệm ở đây tốt. Recommend mọi người book với giá hợp lý."
